He Who Comes With The Dawn (Bailey/GM)

[Bailey Oleander]

Bailey quickly steps away and to the side, not sure what's going to happen but following the logical instructions!

Eric's energy would project a Qi image of the battle ready Scorpion King he had faced in the mind scape. Scorpion king would look at them and reach for the chain and sickle at his wast. Spinning it around he would slam the ring blade into the ground where it would dig. Eric would recognize this as the chain seemed to go on forever, before finally going tight.

"Grab the chain."

[Mathew Amtrum]

Eric would grab the chain and wrap it around his arm to keep a good firm grip on it once it was tight.

[Bailey Oleander]

That was unexpected. Blinking, Bailey shifted her weight but remained as she was. She watched the ring slam into the ground, waiting to see what would happen, interest piqued until they were told to hold on to the chain.

Go big or go home, it seemed, and they were doing things Eric's way as he said they would. Bailey would also grab the chain!

[Leon]

Once they had a firm grip they would all be able to sense the veritable web network the chain had created under ground, the exact size and angles of the underground network, and even what parts of the facility where giving off the most power or energy output.

"Use this and create a map. Thats all I can do for you."

Scorpion King would vanish, should both of them let go of the chain, it would vanish as well.

"You heard the King. Make your map."

He kept his grip on the chain.

[Bailey Oleander]

Alex hadn't been kidding about the full underground city bit. Gripping the chain still, she would drop to one knee and begin making a copy of what she saw on the map she had picked up, marking the networks, cross points, and highest energy sources. Anything she could get with that chain, she would, working quickly. She wouldn't press Loki, but if he had an opinion, she'd be willing to listen while she worked!

Eric would occasionally hear her murmur to herself as she thought out loud, but mostly she was silent.

Eric waited for her to finish the map, holding on to the chain the whole time!

[Bailey Oleander]

With Loki's confession and then silence, Bailey would talk to the god as she worked, grateful for the silence.

'This area matches up with where I originally found you,' she pointed to a spot on the map, 'and this is where I started. These are points of strong energy, like what you were talking about. Going in deeper would be about here.' She'd take a look at what energy nodes were most prominent further in, and the closest doors to them.

To Eric, she would continue aloud, "I assume you want the most direct route and not the one that has been cleared so far?"

[Mathew Amtrum]

"Correct. We will clear it if needed."

[Bailey Oleander]

Bailey finished making the map and set it down in front of both them so Eric could see as well. She pointed ot the two most promising places.

"Thankfully, they seem to be oat the same entrance. This one is the path I took last time I was here. We found the experiments before going far into the tunnels." Her lips pressed together, but she continued. "This other one branches off from the path I didn't take. From what i understand, we are most likely to run into ferals and the original scientists, whatever state they are in at this point, and likely records." She stood up and brought the map with her, her hand still on the chain and already guessing he'd want the path she didn't take last time.

[Mathew Amtrum]

"We should go the way you went.  The people you found had found his body.  We find the crystal near him and we should be on the right path." 

[Bailey Oleander]

"Understood." She rolled up the map and, once they let go of the chain, would lead the way back towards the tents they had passed when they first entered the area!

If Professor Clearheart or no one else would stop her, she would draw one of her escrima sticks, just in case.

"There is another crystal further in down that path as well, from what Kirin said. They used it for power and it had underground access. I don't know how far in it is, however, but they spoke as though they used it often." Past tense still hurt, but she lifted the hand with Loki on it to open the door!

[Leon]

Bailey would be able to open the door and the inside was dark with those emergency red lighting from before. The dead bodies of many feral experiments, burned and charred in their positions. She'd make it down the hall as well until he fork, left or right?

[Mathew Amtrum]

Eric took note of Bailey's decision to draw her blade but would keep his own sheathed for now.

"Well, you are the one who was here before. Lead the way."
