Thud! Ka-thud-ka-thud-ka..thump.
Muffled tones of a body coming to rest against the ground after rolling a short distance sounded...if there was anyone to hear them. As it was the owner of the body seemed to be...dead? Or, at least, out cold, if anyone deigned to take a closer look at the rise and fall of the prone figure's chest. Awkwardly sprawled with an arm pinned under their body, a riot of long pink hair haphazardly kept their face from view.
All things considered, though, the figure seemed feminine.
A puff of dirt threaded out into the open from between tendrils of hair, and a few moments later there was a stirring sort of groan.
Or maybe pained, considering the bright green flash that had emanated from Cousta Bojer before the body appeared and went for its roly-poly tumble. She twitched a moment, then lay still, gasping for breath, judging by the sudden uptick in breath and tiny eddies of dust.

Okay, they'd been hiking for a while and Preston was getting tired from all the walking. But they always did what he wanted to do. This was fair, even if he could be studying right now. But when he heard the crack and thuds with a flash of green and pink he felt energy return to his legs as he rushed to examine the body that had fallen from nowhere.
"Roz, come here. We have something."
She was alive but that was all he could tell right now.
"Do you uh, have medical training?"
He didn't really.

Well, what do you know? An already interesting site just got more interesting. Unlike her partner, Rozalin was fine with all the walking, though the green lights and bright fuchsia was unexpected. She blinked and stepped forward as she was called, shaking her head.
"Just the basics." She looked over the girl with a small frown.
She'd use a wind attack to clear the dust that clung to the air around the girl before continuing.
"You good?"

Zero Ability: Ominous Winds – Rozalin is able to summon forth winds strong enough to berate her opponent and those in melee range. Damage is equal to 1/4 her ENG stat added to her ATK with a small knock-back effect.

Everything was...muffled.
What were those sounds?
The breeze was interesting, lobbing her dislodged hair a little more askew.
"Mrf." Came the grunt - maybe in response to Roz! - before the pink-haired woman shifted with another grunt before wobbling to try and free her arm.
That's how you freed your arm from beneath yourself, right?
Unfortunately not, as she finally managed to rock herself back enough to flop onto her back.
The good news? She didn't seem to be harmed!
The bad news? She looked a bit like a fish out of water, gasping and gaping slightly.
For a moment, she couldn't seem to focus, and then her green eyes swerved towards the closest person - Preston - to struggle to recognise him. Did she recognise him? ...nope. Her expression went from hopeful curiosity to confusion in the space of a moment.

He stepped back when she started to move. Giving Roz a quick glance before turning back to the strange girl.
"Are you okay? Can you understand what we are saying?"
Maybe she had a stroke or brain damage or something?

Roz also takes a step back, raising a brow as she flops about like a fish out of water. No questions for her at this point since the girl seems to be trying to process stuff.

"...ugh, moment." Processing indeed. She blinked a few times, apparently, maybe, catching up enough to open her eyes, look at Preston again... And promptly close them? "I'm here. ...I'm here?"
Her hands lift, giving herself a quick pat.
APPARENTLY SO.
Her eyes snapped open, roaming back towards the chaos of Cousta Bojer.
"Uhhh, what?" Came the squeak.

She was just as confused! ...maybe more!
The sigh and new voice caused her to crane her head abruptly back the other person.
"Cousta Bojer?" Her escalated confusion was evident!
She didn't move.
The ground was good.
