With that she wanted too give a hard pass. Hard enough she was about to walk out... She popped her neck and groaned. There were people here who'd already pointed out she was a coward and that would be just what they'd expect.

Life and limb on the line and something in her gut told her it would be alright. She'd listen to that feeling and that feeling alone.

Rhona was in line for it be damned the risks if they are talking about chancing lives for a better outcome it was a dire time to live.

Krane would fill Melanie in on everything before raising a hand a bit.

She said a silent prayer. Maybe only the one known as the Devil would be listening but she'd pray for courage. Her peachy cheeks flushed from the nerves rising in intensity.

She saw Matthew and he'd be ahead of her and she would think since he is back she might want to tell him about his daughter.

Melanie nodded at the info and straightened her face. If she was to become stronger, she needed to take risks.

“I-I’ll donut too.”

She took a breath and looked at the side of Kranes face. She was scared.

Stevie rolled her eyes at the new redhead and would mumble under her breath.

“Cowards aren’t allowed here.”

“I’m still curious, so you can keep me in.”

Elias shrugs.

Lucifer heard her prayers and answer them! Oni would find her chest and spirit surging with courage. She'd feel untouchable like nothing could harm her and she could see anything through! All of her fears have vanished! Along with her empathy for other people!

Oni gains unrelenting courage for the next three threads at the cost of her empathy!

Oni gains a second Mark of the Beast in her Qi section!

John stepped up.

So many people, so little time Asiv would of thought to himself as the large broad sword on his desk vanished in a similar cascade of lights as when it was summoned. Turning to Mathew first he would reach out with his right hand for Mathew's chest. Right before making contact a hole would open, showing a black void surrounding a single light. Touching it with his index finger would cause another cascade of light and Mathew's blade would appear, though it would clang to the floor with his dead body.

Asiv would sigh and reach into his suit jacket and pull out twenty dollars. Placing it on his desk to await Mathew.

He would do the same to each person in turn. As he works down the line Rose and Krane would also fall to the floor dead.

Melanie, Roz, Allison, Avice, and Blake would all receive their heart weapons without a hitch.

Caelan, Stevie, Elias, and Tina would visually see a shadowy mass explode from their bodies vanishing into nothing. However would find their heart weapons in their hands.

John, Oni, Rhona, and John D. all recieve their heart blades, but see a reflection of themselves in vanish into a portal of darkness, only them able to see it, no one else witnesses this event.

Caelan: Bladed Knuckles - Caelan's heart reaches the heart of others easily. There fore the blade of his heart is made up of the energy an ally is lacking. Bladed Knuckles give +18 to whatever stat is Target Allies lowest stat.

John: Twisted Sword - John's heart is twisted and tainted by drug addiction. The Blade of his heart gives John +26 Atk, but does 1/4th damage to him.

Krane: Lost Blades - Krane's heart is locked away and difficult to reach. Misunderstood The Blade of his heart has split into two short sword giving him +12 Atk, +12 Spd as long as Krane is focused. If he is confused, unsure, or lost the blades actually lower his stats.

Melanie: Heart of Hearts Dagger - Melanies Heart is powerful and attaches to everyone strongly. The Blade of her heart allows her to seemingly teleport to an ally in need. +18 Def.

Stevie: Determined Whiplash - Stevies heart is filled with stubborn and prideful determination. Underlying anger and urge to harm others fills The Blade of her Heart with a Festering sting. Doing 1/2 her energy in damage for four rounds following a successful hit.

Avice: Trust-less Rapier - Avice's heart is well defended. Without trust in her life the Blade of her Heart gives her +10 Speed, and lowers the enemies Atk by -3 for every successful hit up to a maximum of -18.

Oni: Dependent Blade - Oni's heart is filled with uncertainty and fear. Depending heavily on others to make up for what she imagines she lacks turns the Blade of her Heart into a curved broad sword requiring two hands to use. Oni's blade gains +4 Atk and +4 Def for every ally around her to a maximum of +12 Atk, +12 Def.

Rhona: Shining Black Star - Rhona's bright disposition is offset by worry and fear of herself. The Blade of her Heart has become twisted and lashes out automatically with black sparks of energy at any nearby target doing Rhona's full energy in damage. This blade adds 1/4th Rhona's energy to her Atk for physical attacks.

Blake: Tempered Heart - Blake's heart is tempered by thought and trust. Making decisive actions and choices has made the Blade of his Heart a curved long sword with four blades pointing their edges in cardinal directions coming together at the tip. Should he take action for others this blade adds +22 to his Def.

Mathew: Locked Blade - Mathew's Heart is fractured due to loss and persona. Only ever staying true to Mathew's needs and goals has created a brutal and jagged broad sword. Adding 1/4th his energy stat to his Attack stat. Should he act without selfish intention the blade will not appear.

Elias: Tyrants Cold Blade - Elias' heart is cold and malicious. A Selfish and black heart has turned the Blade of his Heart into a frozen long sword, permeating frost. The blade adds +4 Speed for every hit it lands, and lowers the targets Speed by -3 for every hit landed. To a maximum of (+20 Speed, and -15 Speed.)

Rose: Pained Sword - Rose's life has been pain and torment. Desiring a sense of familiarity and normalcy in her heart, she welcomes pain and death as if it were love and compassion. Everytime Rose gets hurt the Blade of her Heart adds +4 to her Atk, and Eng to a maximum of +12. (This automatically hits maximum if she dies.

Tina: Playful Gunblade - Tina's heart is a playful spirit finding the joke and joy in everything. The admiration of her nature has caused the Blade of her Heart to shape into a pistols with daggers along the bottom of the weapons. These pistols can fire three rounds each before having to spend 1 post reloading. The pistols do 125% Tina's energy stat in damage. If she is mad at someone or intends to hurt someone maliciously the Gunblades will do 100% damage to herself as well.

Allison: Blade of Truth - Ali's heart is filled with turmoil and disdain, but also love and compassion. Her life as a low class citizen has shaped the Blade of her Heart into a formidable weapon to help others. It's presence causes those weaker than her to gain +10 Atk, +10 Def. It also causes her support abilities to be cast for free for 3 rounds.

Rozalin: Freedom Scythe - Rozalin's heart is filled with a need to feel free. Doing whatever she wants, whenever she wants has a power of euphoria over Roz, making the Blade of her Heart strong, something she can rely on for support. If Roz's life is in danger the Scythe will add +22 to her Energy. The Scythe adds 1/4th her energy to her attack for physical attacks.

John D.: Divided Heart - John's heart is rigid, broken. One event defining the man in the loss of true love has shaped the Blade of his Heart into dual long swords. The Left sword strikes in explosive energy doing 125% his energy in damage to those caught in the six foot blast radius. The Right sword strikes in swift and precise slashes adding 1/2 his energy stat to his Speed stat for the attack.

[Bailey Oleander]

The world seemed to erupt in its own way. Shadows plunged into the room, bodies dropped, some stood and others...well. This was another reason she'd opted not to join in, and though part of her wondered still, the Crowned Killer Queen had no regrets for her decision.

She would quickly make her way to Krane, the closest of the three since she technically knew all three who died, using her power to bring him from the dead!

Title: Crowned Killer Queen - Once per thread, Bailey may resurrect an individual, healing all their wounds and bringing them back from the brink. Must be done the post after their death. Once done, -10 to all Baileys stats for 3 posts or rounds.

Stevie would make note of the shadow with a slight smirk.

“Gonna have something to hunt down later.”

It seemed that a few of the people did die. Well damn. Oh well. At least it wasn’t her.

Elias looks down at the blade, smiling broadly. He's not concerned by the darkness that had shown up briefly at all.

So... so happy.

"I see. So this is me."

Melanie barely had time to take in her before Krane’s body hit the floor and her world stopped. The blade slipped from her hands and clattered loudly to the floor.

“Krane...”

Was all she got out as she dropped to her knees next to his lifeless body. Melanie’s hands reached out for Krane. She barely noticed someone makin their way around her to get to him. Before she even knew what was going on, he was alive again. She laughed in nervous relief.

“Oh, Gods, Krane!”

She dropped her head and breathed out.

“You really have to stop dying! Dear Gods!”
