The Business Plan Red Lotus Group, LLC Job Sitting at a chair in a coffee shop, during the busy times of L.A. on a Saturday afternoon, at about twelve o' clock, Jonathan hastily shot his left hand into his pocket, and unrolled Red Lotus Group, LLC's flier. Reading it over again and again, particularly the line, 'Red Lotus prides itself in enabling clients to get the biggest bang for the buck in their endeavors.' For once, Jonathan was showing.. his 'initiative'. Leaving a note in Hiroko's class, as instructed, he typed down a letter and taped it to the announcement board:...Leaving this 'Keith' to figure it out. This was partially a test. To see how sharp this guy was, see if this guy did his research. Jonathan was in the search of quality, and right now, he needed quality help. Next to his coffee, on the circle table outside of the shop, though was his job outline. His little 'baby', that he worked on for over two weeks. And for once, felt excited. Because... this wasn't anything small that he was planning. No. More like a cover-up for his 'other' intentions, but the restaurant came first. Not quite a dream, but... he wanted to get that sense of accomplishment.
To make sure he served Aufseher well, in spite of his own weak body.* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ..Sipping his coffee slowly, a little sugar and creme mixed in... he was content at the pace of life. If 'Keith' did not appear, and Mr. Asiv did, it would be embarrassing, but, he could at least buy Aufseher a drink or something.
A breath of coffee.
Just so...
Elegant.

Ah, it was the first job for Red Lotus, the LLC formed up by Keith just recently. Since Keith would constantly be moving around, there was no need for him to have a physical office building. Besides, it's too damn expensive and a waste of cash if you're not going to use it. The 6' senior was dressed in a pair of black dress pants, and an untucked red silk dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up a bit.
He had on his black shades to cover his eyes. Didn't want anybody looking at his eyes to find out who he really is. It said to meet this 'Winters' at a coffee shop next to Starbucks. That caused him to raise a a brow a bit. There should be plenty of damn Starbucks in the entertainment district. A coffee shop next to a Starbucks?
Then again, that coffee shop should be getting more money. Starbucks is too crappy... More people are going to the mom and pop joints.
There, Keith had found himself at the coffee shop where this 'Winters' was waiting outside provided the info given to him. A person with long white hair, glasses, and a black leather vest. And this person was sitting outside of the coffee shop in the bistro area.
Casually, Keith approached this person.
"Winters, am I correct?"

OOC: >_> Realized that this would be a short post anyways, since this is simple introductions..Casual Beginning "Winters, am I correct?" "Y-Yes I-I a-am."Nodding his head at the same time, his left hand out to the empty chair beckoning for the man to sit. "...Th-Then y-you m-must b-be K-Keith L-Lucifer. P-Please s-sit d-down. I-I o-owe y-you a-a d-drink, a-as p-promised.."Eyes.. were.. watchful, from underneath the glasses. Making sure, as his glasses glinted with the light keeping the true sight of his eyes out of the way for the moment.
Take things a step at a time. Don't blurt everything out all at once.
Proper manners, after all.
...As well as safety-measures.

"...Th-Then y-you m-must b-be K-Keith L-Lucifer. P-Please s-sit d-down. I-I o-owe y-you a-a d-drink, a-as p-promised.."
Keith nodded and took a seat in front of Winters. This person seemed to have a very nervous aura around him. If you want to get into a venture such as what he wants to do, you can't be nervous.
"Ah. I'll have an iced mocha," Keith calmly replied to Winters. As part of being a consultant, you have to study your clients and see what makes them tick. That way, you can be a better consultant. The thing is, you have to get into people's heads. One person thinks different from the other.
No two people think exactly alike.
"Don't be so nervous. Just take a few deep breaths," Keith added. He wanted Winters to be as calm as possible. He then cleared his throat, "you wanted to open a restaurant, right?"

Secret Intentions The offer for the chair was taken kindly, and Lucifer sat down with a nod. From his eyes, Jonathan managed to catch a glance being directed at him. This man was looking him over as well. Observant. Good first quality for a first impression."Ah. I'll have an iced mocha." Aye... yes. That look in his eye."Don't be so nervous. Just take a few deep breaths." Gotcha.
He meant well, but, Keith just misread Jonathan. However, not wanting to be rude, he put his left hand, palms out, in front of his mouth, and breathed in slow and deep, to show he was complying. But his face never changed features. Much like a statue. Breathing like this, about seven times, but slower and slower with each one.
An abrupt clearing of someone's throat. Mr. Lucifer's."You wanted to open a restaurant, right?" To a degree... Keith was half-right about with both his statements. After all, no one generally expects to run into a 'Stutter' commonly, these days. And second of all, the restaurant was a... bit of a mixed idea, with other ideas fueling it. But he was not here to correct Mr. Lucifer, not here to declare his philosophies about the world to him. He was here to discuss just that. The restaurant."Y-Yes. B-But f-first."Looking up, he waved over one of the waiters. A decent coffee shop, it had enough to have people checking around. The waiter was looking around for a bit, until he noticed Jonathan, and came over to him, pad out, ready. "O-One i-iced m-mocha, p-please. Th-Thank y-you." With a nod from both to the other, Jonathan turned his attention back to Mr. Lucifer."...I-I h-have a-already g-gotten a-an o-outline r-ready, M-Mr. L-Lucifer.. th-though o-obviously i-in n-need o-of o-one's e-expertise, a-as y-yourself.."From behind him, he pulled out a brown envelope, and slid it across, to Mr. Lucifer. Eyes glazing over him, as he watched him carefully, eyes now seen, looking with utmost interest, though his face showed nothing more.
Everything, in his eyes.
...But Mr. Lucifer was half right about one thing.
Jonathan wasn't nervous.
...He was excited.

Keith nodded. First step for Winters is to not get too nervous, excited, anxious, etc. That turns off a bunch of potential investors and such. But with an outline, it should make Keith's job a bit more easier. Keith could explain in full detail what Winters needs to be done.
"An outline? Very good," Keith replied.
He stretched out a bit and waited for Winters to show him the outline. It would be a slightly long session, but hey, Keith gets paid for this. The longer the session, the more money Keith gets to make.
Though an outline made things easier. Keith would still have to go over every aspect of the outline.

OOC: XD I forgot to RP giving you the outline in my last post.. Well, not much to post here. I haven't edited in the details I'm pming you right now.Das Outline "An outline? Very good." As Jonathan slid the envelope over to Mr. Lucifer.. he pondered a little. Was the name weak? It translated directly to 'German Cuisine Restaurant'.
His left hand collecting the cup of coffee in his hand, he took a drink, slightly uninterested, but otherwise, not saying anything else.OOC: I need to also add financial information. Feel free to add your own opinions, nonetheless.

Keith opened up the envelope and read the contents of the outline that Winters proposed. The first part was listed was the opening hours.
Working Hours:
8:00 A.M.-11:00 P.M. Mondays-Fridays
12:00 P.M.-12:00 A.M. Saturdays
Closed Sundays
Closed During Major Holidays
Keith skimmed through the first part. First thing he was reading were the hours. Though he noticed one thing Winters could change.
"Hours are good. Change the opening hours on Saturday to about 8 or 9 in the morning. The elderly like to come out earlier in the morning. You accomodate the elderly, you can get more revenue off of tips that way," Keith explained.
He took another look at the hours.
"Closing days are good. However, you could extend Saturday's closing to one in the morning. It's SoCal. People don't sleep until the sun comes up during the weekends. Past ten, it gets much livelier. Expect places to get packed during weekend nights."

OOC: I've modified in the financial buisness. I think it's good... basically, the more employees, the more tips, etc., etc., will mean an increased 16.5% of the total, of which 9.1% will be cut out from, thereby making this a little more realistic.
Hours edited.Changing Hours "Hours are good. Change the opening hours on Saturday to about 8 or 9 in the morning. The elderly like to come out earlier in the morning. You accommodate the elderly, you can get more revenue off of tips that way." ...Hmm... hours. But then..."Closing days are good. However, you could extend Saturday's closing to one in the morning. It's SoCal. People don't sleep until the sun comes up during the weekends. Past ten, it gets much livelier. Expect places to get packed during weekend nights." Penciling in some bits, on a little notepad he took from his pocket, he looked at it, and sounded it off in his mind again... hoo-boy."...I-I'm c-concerned w-with o-overworking m-my e-employees, th-though... a-any th-thoughts o-on h-how m-many s-sick d-days I-I sh-should g-give th-them, a-and i-if th-they sh-should g-get a-any v-vacation t-time..."Eyes of course, went up to Mr. Lucifer."..T-Thoughts?"

Overworking was a main factor. That's why they have shifts for. Most employees aren't going to work the whole damn day unless they need the hours and the tips. With those people, overworking isn't a problem.
Vacation time was another factor. But hey, that's what Keith is for. He would give a consult to Winters about all that stuff. Keith nodded a bit to Winters.
"Ah yes, overworking is one factor. However, there is overtime pay. The tips generated should make up for more that that. Especially if you have a bar. At those times of night, biggest revenue drivers would be the sale of alcohol," Keith calmly explained to his client.
"For sick days, possibly three to five days over the month. Possibly a bit more if it's severe. But I'll leave that part to your discretion. For vacation, possibly varies throughout the year. Around one-two week's vacation tops. But don't go giving all your employees vacations at once."
That's one rule, never do it at once.
"Say about five to seven people at a time take vacation. The other workers have to fill in for them. It should even things out. When the workers return, they'll fill in for the other people on vacation. At the end, everything should balance out."

OOC: It is teh fixed.Vacations, Sick Days, Overtime, And Alcohol "Ah yes, overworking is one factor. However, there is overtime pay. The tips generated should make up for more that that. Especially if you have a bar. At those times of night, biggest revenue drivers would be the sale of alcohol." Right...
Still scribbling quickly, he made note of it all...
Overtime.
Tips.
Bars.
Evening sales."For sick days, possibly three to five days over the month. Possibly a bit more if it's severe. But I'll leave that part to your discretion. For vacation, possibly varies throughout the year. Around one-two week's vacation tops. But don't go giving all your employees vacations at once." Still writing. "...G-Go o-on. I-I'm l-listening. B-But sh-should th-there b-be a-a p-passing p-period wh-where th-they m-must w-work a-a c-certain a-amount, b-before th-they c-can e-earn th-their v-vacations, o-or n-no? I-I-If n-not, c-continue o-on."...And still more writing. There was no pain, though.
Yet.
This would take a while, but it was essential."Say about five to seven people at a time take vacation. The other workers have to fill in for them. It should even things out. When the workers return, they'll fill in for the other people on vacation. At the end, everything should balance out." "..U-Uh-h-huh.. g-go o-on.."Hunched over his notepad, writing vigorously into it.. this was, as of right now, the equivalent to life itself, if all his plans were to succeed.

Keith nodded. That was a pretty smart question to ask on Winters' part. This is why Keith was here for to consult Winters and answer any questions that he may have.
"Ah yes. Possibly work for six months before getting the two weeks summer vacation. However, you can throw in each person gets one day off of the week. Like one worker is off on Monday and another worker is off on Saturday, an so on."
He watched Winters scribble the stuff down on the paper.
"Like vacations, days off balance themselves out as well. Plus don't forget the shifts. The day shift and the night shift. There are plenty of workers willing to do both shifts especially if they're serveres."

Breaks And Other Things "Ah yes. Possibly work for six months before getting the two weeks summer vacation. However, you can throw in each person gets one day off of the week. Like one worker is off on Monday and another worker is off on Saturday, an so on." ...Still writing.
Already knew about how workers were required to take a one-hour break, after every eight hours of straight work, but, he added it to his notes, just in case. "Like vacations, days off balance themselves out as well. Plus don't forget the shifts. The day shift and the night shift. There are plenty of workers willing to do both shifts especially if they're servers." "..G-Got i-it.. N-No q-questions, th-this t-time. Keith continued to scroll down the well written business plan. Everything was pretty much fine. Though he'd say the pay is a bit too high for the managers. However, it was SoCal. California happened to be the most expensive state to live in. It's the only state with the most taxes. California has a 7.75% sales tax. So many damn taxes to pay.
He looked over one position. Taking a pen, he circled over "advertisement manager." Keith calmly shook his head some. He found something that Winters didn't need.
"No need for an advertisement manager. All you need to do is outsource advertisement. Basically subcontract out. Having an advertisement manager is basically a waste of money and resources. That position isn't neccessary."

The Useless Idea "No need for an advertisement manager. All you need to do is outsource advertisement. Basically subcontract out. T-Thinking o-of i-it b-being a-an a-additional b-bonus t-to p-pay, a-actually."..Quickly writing down the note nonetheless, however, putting a large question mark next to it.. he shrugged his shoulders."I-If y-you c-can e-expand o-on i-it, b-be m-my g-guest..
