That was true. However, there are two factors that determines what makes or breaks a restaurant. It was marketing which goes into network marketing, marketing research, research, and advertising. The other factor happens to be location. Your business is only as strong as your marketing and location.
Keith finished his iced mocha and adjusted his shades.
"But of course. Remember, you're business is only as strong as your marketing strategies and your location. Both of them have to be equally strong. Start networking around such as talking to people at school and other places. The more research you put in the better," Keith explained.
He then cleared his throat and waited for Winters to write down that information.
"Also, having a strong location helps a lot as well."

Breakfast Rush, Lunch Rush, Dinner Rush, Etc. Rush "But of course. Remember, you're business is only as strong as your marketing strategies and your location. Both of them have to be equally strong. Start networking around such as talking to people at school and other places. The more research you put in the better." Done, and taken care of.
He wrote it down, anyways, just for future reference."Also, having a strong location helps a lot as well." "..A-Aye. P-Picked o-out a-a n-nice l-little c-corner a-area, n-not t-too f-far f-from h-here. A-And o-our a-armaments w-will d-deter a-anyone f-from r-robbing u-us, I-I'm h-hoping.."Leaning back in his chair, he shrugged. Pretty close to give a smug smirk, but, that would be too arrogant.

That was definitely a pretty good location. With a good location, the business should be successful. Breakfast rushes were very important. Especially for the elderly. Most important were the lunch and dinner rushes. The armaments were a nice touch. It would make the patrons feel more secure.
"Good, good," Keith replied.
He popped his neck a bit and stretched out his arms. Yeah, he had definitely been sitting there for quite awhile. Luckily, the consultation was almost over.
"For the dinner rush, make sure you have a full bar. Also, add in a happy hour from four to seven. Alcohol attracts a lot of the high paying customers," Keith explained.
Yes, in such establishments, you need to have a full bar.
"I guess that pretty much covers everything at the moment. Before we conclude this meeting, any additional questions you want to ask?"

OOC: XD YES! YES! I can RP the restaurant now...
XD... Sorry for the lateness. This thread finishes tonight! Consultation Mission: ACCOMPLISHED! "I guess that pretty much covers everything at the moment. Before we conclude this meeting, any additional questions you want to ask?" Jonathan finished writing up all his last thoughts and ideas...
And shook his head."..N-No n-need, s-sir. W-What I-I h-have t-to d-do n-now i-is t-take c-care o-of a-all th-these m-matters n-now, a-and g-get s-some p-people f-from o-our s-school, s-see i-if th-they're i-interested i-in e-employment.."Folding all these papers, including the blue print for the sword, he stood up, beginning to fit them in his jean's back pocket. He needed more time, to think over this sword's design. Done with this, though, he turned his attention back to Keith."..A-A p-pleasure i-in d-doing b-buisness w-with y-you. I-I h-hope t-this w-will c-continue o-onward t-to g-grow i-into a-a h-healthier r-relationship, s-should w-we m-meet a-again."Nodding his head, while simeltaneously extending his hand outward.. he did not smile. His face was that of a statue. But there was his eyes.
Gratitude.

Keith nodded. Perhaps Keith would dine at the restaurant on a frequent basis. But it was time for Winters to put his plans into action. But with Keith's experience in certain groups, he had one last tidbit to say to Winters. In a sense it was part of the consultation but at the same time it was advice and a forewarning. Hopefully Winters will take this into heart.
The senior rose from his seat and adjusted his shades. He stretched out his arms and legs and gave out a yawn. It was good to be back on his feet.
"One last tidbit... Free of charge," Keith said. This was something Winters needed to definitely keep in mind.
"Should you ever come across someone that goes rogue or betrays you, cut them loose immediately. Those people will only cause you serious migraines."
With that Keith shook Winters' hands. He would casually turn to the direction of his motorcycle. Yes, the consultation was over. If Winters needed more consulting, he knew how to contact Keith.
