The road to reunions (GM)

[Leon]

On the egde of Lightning Country would be men in suits, a couple blacked out Qi engine vehicles and a limo. All highly buffed and waxed. The people were all in suits and bowing as Mathew approached. One guy opened and held the door open for Mathew to get in where the driver would be waiting for orders. The door would close behind him and the group would move to get in the escort vehicles.

"Where to, sir?"

[Mathew Amtrum]

He'd hold up the crystals and channel the energy into them to try and get a read on the location of the final crystal so he could direct them now that he was within the territory.

[Leon]

Mathew knew the area well enough that the signal was coming from Lightning Tower. Leon's Obsidian strong hold that Mathew raised from the ground so many years ago.

[Mathew Amtrum]

"The tower."

He'd motion for Leon's stronghold.

[Leon]

The Driver would nod and press a finger to his neck speaking to the other drivers and suits.

"To the Tower."

And they would be off, driving down the road and through the city which was lit by qi crystal street lights and as night began to fall. The city scape beginning to grey out from color, illuminated by store signs and other such floresence as the rain began to fall. Rolling up to the very front of the tower, a man in a suit would be waiting to open the door holding out an umbrella to keep Mathew dry. This man would be next to or around Mathew while he was escorted into the Tower to simply hold the umbrella.

Another man would open the main door and hold it for the Earth Dragon to enter, where a full four man security detail would be standing in a large perameter around Mathew facing away from him. They were there to protect him, not interfere with him. The inside of the tower had been changed over the years, lined with wood walling and wallpapers, carpeted floors, and more of those qi crystal lights. It looked like the inside of a mansion or five star hotel. Though it was obviously full of Lightning Country Mafia and soldiers.

The Qi crystal would lead to the basement, Mathew would know it as a the Dungeons.

Mathew frowned as the crystal lead him ever deeper. First David with the Soul Gem, and now this. It was hard to not feel like something else was going on here. Still, he'd not back down yet.

"To the dungeons, it seems."

[Leon]

The escort team tilted it's head and would nod to lead to the Dungeons, it was pretty much unused, as one lit up a hand with fire to use as a torch leading the way into the derelict section of the tower. The dungeons were dark and cold, damp and dripping in places. The cages open, or rusted shut with webs and bones from criminals left for twenty or more years to rot in this prison, shut in with no food, light, or way out. Eventually they would find the crystal sitting in the hall half in a small puddle, were a drop would be hitting once every few seconds.

Slowly Mathew bent down to grab the crystal and bring it with the others that he'd merged into a complete crystal.

[Leon]

Once again a vision of Evelyn would appear before him, Evelyn was fighting shadowy beings that looked like smoke. A flurry of attacks, blocks, Qi energy when it was needed to conserve her power. Before bumping into a larger shadowy mass that formed into a muscular solid being. Evelyn looked at it with utter rage.

"You... You will die last."

Before an explosion of energy would envelop the entirety of the Dungeons, casting it all in shadowy mass before it emptied just as quickly. Evelyn gone, but the crystal remaining.

[Mathew Amtrum]

"No one noticed this?"

He'd say trying to get a read on where the energy trail leads from here.

[Leon]

The one with the torch hand spoke.

"This area is blocked off, vibrations don't work through obsidian, no one felt anything."

He said unbelieving about the entire thing.

[Mathew Amtrum]

"How long has it been deserted down here?"

He'd ask, refocusing his efforts on picking up the energy signature.

[Leon]

"Since the end of the war. Leon saw no reason to keep prisoners of war, without a war."

The crystal's energy would lead to the spot where the large being had manifested, the crystals glow seemingly being sucked into some invisible force.

[Mathew Amtrum]

Mathew would walk toward the spot that the crystal was pulling him.

"That does sound like him."

[Leon]

As he got to the spot he would physical feel like he was being pulled, as was apparent by his clothes.
