The road to reunions (GM)

[Mathew Amtrum]

"No idea. I followed your teleportation path until I found a rift and jumped in to here. The opening may still be here."

He'd say, slowly picking himself up and offering her a hand if she needed it.

[Leon]

"Maybe we can still use the teleportation crystal that actually worked. We either end up in that facility, God Territory or that dungeon. Who even has a dungeon?"

[Mathew Amtrum]

"Leon. It's in his tower I built."

He'd say fishing out the crystals. The one he got in the tower, and the larger fused one he made of the first three.

[Leon]

Evelyn would take the crystals and inspect their energy flow and atunements. Of course Uncle Leon has a dungeon, it was either him or Uncie Sean.

"They are low on energy, though I think it'd be enough to get us out of here."

[Mathew Amtrum]

"It will be up to you. I am Qi blocked."

[Leon]

She would nod charging them a bit as her Qi energy sparked a bit.

"The muscle atrophy is effecting my control. I won't be able to charge them. We will have to do a blind jump."

Of which she would grab Mathew and use the teleportation crystal!



They of course end up in God Territory! Standing in Aphoridite's pool of nymphs.

[Mathew Amtrum]

Mathew splashed as he and Eve fell into the water. He'd pick himself up, grabbing his mace and give the Nymphs an appreciating glance.

"Ladies."

[Leon]

The nymphs would laugh and scatter at the blood. Evelyn would just kind of soak and drift in the water for a moment.

"Soothing."

However they were now safe, and all is well. For now.

[Mathew Amtrum]

He'd shrug and just settle in. Hector, Aphrodite, or someone would be by shortly when the Nymphs went running, and he was tired. So fuck it.

"And much needed."

[Leon]

It wouldn't be long before some soldiers came running in, A tornado of sand appearing before Anubis was deposited holding a dual bladed staff snarling and ready for combat. Though when he saw the rumor was true, Ares AND Evelyn were here, safe!

"Evelyn!"

He started to rush over, but slowed, putting his weapon away quickly turning towards Mathew, standing straight and transforming into a normal twenty something tan skinned guy with black hair and gold eyes, wearing the Anubis armor.

"Mister Amtrum, sir, uh, Lord Ares... We, you are injured. We need to get you to the medical facilities, and get Evelyn checked out as well."

"Come on, let me relax."

Evelyn would complain.

[Mathew Amtrum]

He shifted to watch the commotion, slowly getting to his feet in the bloody water as Anubis tripped over his tongue again. He'd click his tongue and glance back to Eve. Physically she seemed unharmed, but who knows what may have happened in time they were separated.

"We should both get checked out. Things may not be over yet."

He'd offer a hand to Eve. His tone firm.

[Leon]

Eve would huff, but accept the hand up. SHE knew nothing was wrong with her besides her muscles not working entirely yet.

"How long was I in that place?"

Anubis would move to help if needed, otherwise was a statue standing vigilant and ready. Puffed out his chest to look impressive in front of Mathew.

[Mathew Amtrum]

"Nearing two years."

His pride demanded that he didn't need help. But he'd not object to Anubis, the little butterball.

"However the guardian insinuated things wouldn't be over simply because I beat him. So I'd like to be sure."

[Leon]

Even Evelyn paused at two years...

"Maybe getting a check up won't hurt."

Anubis would help lead them to the medical facilities to get checked up and worked on.

"Uhm... So what happened exactly? Poseidon said you dropped in to get your armor and then left immediately to deal with your enemies."

[Mathew Amtrum]

"The short of it was I tracked down the fragments of her teleportation crystals which lead me to a rift in space. Entering the rift put me in a chamber with hundreds or possibly thousands of bodies suspended in light, frozen and lifeless. I was attacked by a creature made of shadow, more and more came as I fought them off until I found their creator. We battled until he himself transformed into a being of shadow and upon his defeat spoke to me in the tongue of my Brethren warning me that while I may kill him my daughter would remain until the Awakening."

Which is why he wanted her checked out.

"Needless to say, I got her out of there anyway and put her soul back into her body."

Though the person or thing speaking Dragon was another cause for concern and suspicion.
