Rai would be walking to Cabal, he had a meeting with Asiv. A rather important one it seemed to be.

Checking her PT she would have his visual profile up and some base information that Cabal had on immediate hand. She kept checking it to get the face right as she looked for her charge.
The other two didn't seem like talkative people. Elias being their aggressor should this get ugly amd Faye is someone new to her but suppose she was like a support and witness of their group acting diplomatically and well controlled.
She stepped forward with a strong stance. "Good Morning to you, I am Rhona Hall, I was told to expect your arrival and escort you through our territory. Accompanying and aiding me is Elias Wyatt and Hyacinth Faye." she tried not to make this as tense as it could be.

Rai would raise an eyebrow at this group. Interesting, first time this has ha- Oh. Elias. Rai would sigh. Then looking to the woman who spoke he would bow his head respectfully.
"Raikotsu Sudeki, pleasure to meet you all."
Then he would look to Elias.
"You talk too much. Even when you aren't speaking."

He shook his head.

"Is has been due to a land slide of events I am sure. While many of our main partners have also created... Friction and I fear it might be rubbing our president raw. But that is not my business, just my observation." she was trying to be polite and professional. Honestly she had no judgement towards Raikotsu. It wasn't her business.
"His crows feet get more defined every time I see him it seems. The stress is great since the storm dragon left." she exhaled a sympathetic sigh.

Elias doesn’t look too upset about the fact Rai had denied him, and to be honest, he’s pretty unconcerned with Asiv’s issues. They haven’t been involving him.

There's two very different things going on here, Faye has noticed. She has to keep both interactions separate in her notes.
"As long as you behave, there should be nothing to worry about. It just looks better if we're not letting a dragon walk about this place freely."
She glances at Elias.
