"Raizlon... That's a mighty strong name. I like it a lot. It is definitely a unique name I've not heard of before, how did you come up with the name?"
He would ask curiously... but also really hoping that it wasn't just coincidence that 'Rai' was in the name!!!

She grinned wider she was glad he asked. "It's most certainly a combination of people who've done there best to help me. I've never stopped anywhere long enough to make friends you see... My relationships have been mostly business. An equal transaction, if I don't get mine then I get even. You, a woman named Rosalin whom I call friend, and finally Leon who gave me my legs back at the cost of sending me to prota but also gave me the key to get out of that predicament an to make that even I'll be setting him free of that place. But you..." she looked up at him once more. "You're unconditional and that's incredibly rare... I am glad some one out there is like you"

Rai smiled. He was touched, those were probably the kindest words anyone had ever said to him... Well, at least they were the kindest words that didn't have a 'BUT you're a dumbass' stapled onto them somewhere.
"I am honored by your words. Thank you."
Looking up to the sky he would watch a dark cloud lulled its way into the horizon... That's a bad omen if ever I saw one...
"Avice... there may come a time that... If it should ever become necessary, will you do me a favor and remind me of that? I'm constantly fighting against a darker part of my nature and with every fight that I'm in... I feel like I'm growing ever closer to it's embrace. Should that ever happen, and I become... something despicable, please remind me of the person you see today. So that maybe, someday I can reclaim that for myself."

Rai shook his head.
"No, no, this darkness has been a part of me for years. Since I was just a boy still fighting a war I thought I understood. It grew after I became a Dragon, when assassination attempts, fights for my name, fights because of my name, and just fights for the sake of fighting became more and more prevalent."
He would turn to look at Avice.
"With each fight I got stronger, with each victory the darkness grew too. Now the only time that I can hold back the darkness is when I'm not fighting. But that too will change some day, I'm sure."
When that happens...
"When that happens, I'll need someone to remind me that I'm not the darkness that I have become."

She took his request seriously and close to her heart. She would nod in agreement. He trusted her with this and she would only hope that when it happened that she would be there to keep this request.
"I shall." the fact he asked her to do this and trusted her with it was admiring and she was proud to share that burden of his. That he would consider her as someone who can help him just the same as he'd helped her.

Chuckling he would turn to her.
"Thank you, Avice. I appreciate that. Also, I've already prepared something as a thank you. Barker will send it to you when it's ready."
He would look towards the horizon then and breath in the cool air.
"Well, this is where our paths must separate. I need to head to 235 and make a few arrangements there before going to the compound. Speak to my father when you get there, I'm sure he and Reisuke can get you and Derik set up where y'all will be most comfortable. I should be out that way within a week so long as nothing goes horribly wrong..."
Rai chuckled.
"HA! If nothing goes wrong! Tell you what, I'll see you in about 3 years. Hell, it seems like nothing in life can ever goes as planned. Something always has to go horribly wrong!"
His chuckle grew into a full blown laugh.

She waltzed over and gave his arm a hard pinch and twist. Letting him go as soon as he may cry out in pain. She rolled het eyes and placed hands on her hips.
"I didn't think you'd be forgetting yourself so soon after you made me promise that." she joked. "Oi, a week or three years we all need to follow a path, don't make promises you can't keep and dont make plans you can't predict. Aye?"

He winced as she pinched him, then he would chuckle again.
"Touche, that is fair. Alright, then how about this."
He'd look her straight in the eyes.
"I promise that I will see you again Avice Locke."

Hearing his promise even after what she just said...
She was at a loss of words for the moment. It sounded like it was good bye still with a promise like that he'd better be sure to keep it.
"Aye, until then have a grand adventure Rai." she'd grin softer, kinder, genuinely happy. She was certain this one was a friend worth keeping and fighting for.

Rai smiled his toothy smile and waved as he started walk off.
"Every day is an adventure, if you're brave enough to take the path less traveled."
He would call back as he disappeared into the sunset.

She looked down at the container after finally waving Raikotsu good bye. She had a heading and she would make haste towards it much like the day she met Rai again ay the previous Sudeki settlement. Which reminded her. The blood sigil he gave her she reached for it in here things and found it making sure it was there incase she needed it.
More so she would cradle the container close to her chest. A feeling stirred in her body a feeling of anticipation and excitement. With what Leon said to her she kept in mind but imagining this child grow and become their own. She almost couldn't wait and she wanted to see how amazing they might be. She'll be there for his every step and cherish his every part. She couldn't be like her parents. This child might be happier in a better put together family... But unexpectedly she couldn't bring herself to give anyone else the chance. It was selfish indeed... But in all truth with a clear head and a sliver of hope she believed in herself form the first time in a long time.
