[Kin Hachirobei]

Kin would shake his head.

"No, you don't need a name. I was just curious if there was something you would prefer to be called while we talk. I just sent that man to go get someone that will hopefully be able to fix your crystal. But it will probably take some time for them to return. I hoped we could talk while we wait. If you don't mind?"

[Zack Asiv]

"I don't mind. Talk and I hope to learn something."

The giant would say, oddly enough his speech was getting better.

[Kin Hachirobei]

Kin would nod and sit down on the sand and proceed to tell the giant of his past. How his mother was kicked out for being a Qi users, how this broke his dad and sent young Kin on the path of training with his dad every day in his skills with a sword. He recounted stories of the good and bad times growing up, he told the giant of his father's eventual death, and how this lead to Kin striving to become the Kings personal guard, so that he could protect the man that stands for everything his beloved father in.

When his story was finished he would look to the giant.

"So, what's your story?"

[Zack Asiv]

The giant listened, nerve asking a question, blinking and nodding when needed. When he was asked he nodded a bit before pointing at the Crystal.

"Eleven years ago I was... Born. The energy mixing and swirling within the Crystal before and after it was corrupted shaped me, and when the Crystal was abandoned it gave me form using the elements around it... To keep it company. I protect it and in turn it sustains me. You could say it is both my parent and best friend."

[Kin Hachirobei]

Kin would amazed. There was so much that they still didn't know about Qi Crystal's.

"Can you tell me what exactly happened to the crystal? I understand how people misused it, but I was curious if there was a particular incident or individual that lead to the Crystal ending up here, and how it managed to do so?"

[Zack Asiv]

"I moved it. The crystal likes water... I am not completely sure what happened. Over use, too much energy. Too many people used it, too many people where killed connected to it's energy. A mixture of many circumstances cause the Corruption."

The giant admitted to his lack of knowledge on that matter.

[Kin Hachirobei]

Kin nodded in understanding, even though it was from the crystal it didn't have the memories of the crystal.

"I see... you said it likes water? Why is that?"

[Zack Asiv]

"I don't know."

The giant man would shake his head.

[Kin Hachirobei]

"Interesting."

Kin pondered for a moment.

"What do you like?"

[Zack Asiv]

The giant would look to the side and tilt it's head.

"I do not know... Rest, I think."

[Kin Hachirobei]

Rest? That was confusing.

"Rest? When was the last time you got to rest?"

[Zack Asiv]

The giant shakes his head.

"The Crystal is constantly under attack. The energy locked inside, and that it exudes creates apparitions, monsters. I battle them near constantly."

[Kin Hachirobei]

Ah, now Kin understood.

"I see, so that's why you were prepared to fight us, because nothing you've seen to date has been friendly. I am sorry for your rough existence ny friend."

[Zack Asiv]

Around the same time the voice of Armen could be heard echoing down the tunnel.

"Yes, that is the infected water."

[Preston Salabim]

"It goes without saying but I would advise against ingesting it until the procedure is complete."

Preston would say, reaching into his bag to obtain a vial before filling it with the water.
