The ladder is fine and he reaches the next floor! HE can see the aura two floors above him still!

Spike would move more cautiously now, keeping an eye out for traps specifically now that he can follow the aura now. Keeping his Seikatsugan on for the time being as he searches for the next way up.
Aura/Life Energy Perception: While activated Spike can see a persons life energy through objects if needed adding +10 to his Perception and +10 to his Energy.

Spike would see a few other traps along the way but now that he was on the lookout he was able to avoid them. However, the burning was spreading. By the time he was at the ladder that would lead up to the roof where the person was, he could feel the burning spreading closer to his heart.

Spike really didn't like the burning sensation. He'd push forward with the Seikatsugan still active.

Spike turned off his Seikatsugan and kept his face neutral.
"Well that depends on what was on or in your darts there buddy."
Spike said reaching up to grab at the spot the dart hit, beginning to sweat.
"Hate to skip the where have you been's and what are you up to now's, but kind of worried about the pain I'm in."

Spike was irritated with this whole situation, but decided to give it a try anyways. Wondering if the 'If you can' part on the end of there is just a bait tactic Spike walks towards Avenger though completely ready to sprint, jump, whatever to get the antidote.
