Preston said adjusting his glasses as he looked over the vehicle.

"Fascinating."

She totally called it.

Roz would take a moment to look over the vehicle but, honestly, her expertise was what worked on water, not land. It was different than what Cabal had while she was there, however, and it sounded like it should be better from what was said.

"I'm surprised it works with the new tech." She woudln't get in the car until after Preston did.

Armen would hold the door open waiting for them to get in.

"It's a Luxury line, and uses Qi Engine tech and old world tech in a combined flow system. No combustion, the Qi Engine infuses water with energy which becomes excited by the crystal wiring causing the pistons to pump depending on the signals givin by the driver. You literally power it with your will. No pedals, and it runs twice as long as your average Qi Engine before needing a recharge... We haven't figured out how to get a normie to drive one yet because the level of energy focus to will this thing to move is pretty precise."

"I see."

Preston would say as he got in.

"Does it produce waste or damage the crystals?"

Roz listens and lets the nerds talk!

"The only waste we have observed is a water vapor that is completely safe. There is no damage to the crystals we have seen so far. The crystal wiring is so small it can not retain energy passed through it, and the Engine Crystal is an attuned water element crystal that produces the water needed and only when it is needed."

Armen excitedly states as they drive to their destination, the inside would be almost entirely silent except for them with, and nice fabric seats and floor board.

"That's quite clever."

And surprising that they could figure that out, but not how to handle corrupted crystals. Likely a side effect of their rapid leap of technology they don't fully understand.

She can enjoy a comfy chair as well as understand some of the conversation. They had a self-contained setup for the water without risking an incredibly rare resource or the need to refine saltwater. Armen himself seemed pretty aware of the limits and techniques of the engine itself.

"I don't imagine some the area gets a lot of rain. How long did it take for you to figure this out?"

[Zack Asiv]

"It took quite a lot of time. We had to buy water from traveling merchants, blank Qi crystals, and blue prints on how to attune them. It was more luck of the draw until the true founding of Aurora began and we dug wells enough to hydrate the people and have enough for research purposes."

It wouldn't be long before they pulled right up to the mouth of the mines.

"We can't drive down here sadly."

Armen would lead them in on foot, following the new tunnel he dug. The walk its self followed a raging underwater river!

Preston would motion for Roz to exit so that he would follow.

"This is the corrupted water I assume?"

Roz exits the luxurious car, sliding out so Preston could follow as she listened to the rush of water, the sound a buzz in her ears as she took in teh area around them.
