Was she even going about this the right way? She reached out again, changing her approach a little to feel the flow of the energy before bringing it to her, drawing it upward instead of reaching out and grasping. When it reached her, she kept the flow going, expression shifting between surprise and wonder as she felt and held it.
“Does it always feel like this?”

“Noted,” She said with a wry smile. His laugh got her to relax a little, and she continued to keep a grip on it, getting used to the feel of it. A faint flow of satisfaction touched her cheeks, though she wasn’t celebrating just yet.

She flexed her fingers as she felt the energy she held.
“I think so. It kind feels like a well, or something that just needs direction from me.” She tried to hold in to it as she considered his own energy flow, though it was a little distracting to do both at once. She considered the pool of energy at his feet, how it didn’t seem to make him feel all that different. Standing there, she wasn’t sure if it would feel all that different. She shook her head to clear it, a minor motion as she tried to work it out.
“It’s there for you. It’s not just sitting there, but the energy I feel coming from you is pretty strong.”

She huffed, though it was in good humor.
“Glad to know i’m Not blind at least.” She began trying to match the pattern, willing the energy she held to boost her own energy!

It wouldn't be the first time he'd fought while blindfolded or unable to see, his ability to pick up vibrations was useful to say the least.

She nodded, unsurprised. She’d Seen him call out Drake before in coming up behind him, but had figured that was just something he was used to doing on his own.
“Like how you could always tell where we were when we were kids?” She learned pretty quickly nothing slipped past her dad when he was home. Thus , no boys were ever brought there as a teen.
