Mental Information

Personality: Poised and polite, Cecilia has the ability to play hostess wherever she goes, offering charming words and a smile. Gentle-matured, she grew up knowing what she wanted in life and saw no reason to change it. She tends to trust in the strength of others and knows nothing about combat, but it is observant and kind to those who are most in need. She smooths her temper over with a smile and the approach of "kill them with kindness" rather than raw-force anger. After speaking with her inner self, Celia has become even more refined, but also more observant and cunning.

History Information

History: Born to a well-to-do lawyer and mayor’s daughter, Cecelia grew up a pampered noble in a territory that had been now for its insulation before the war. Now even independent and isolated, she grew up in a trade city near the coast, Celia is used to trade and working with others to reach a goal. She’s also used to using honeyed words and a smile to get what she wants, thoroughly wrapping some around her finger if she chose to. She grew up knowing the responsibilities of the higher-bred, the upper class that was in charge of making sure the city ran well, and knew her duty was to continue her family’s legacy and greatness.

In Territory 126, a territory that relied heavily on much stricter and older gender norms, that meant a focus on family, and when her qi developed, it was a struggle to keep it in check. Qi users were rare at best, and while hers wasn’t tearing down buildings or making bombs at will, it made her life difficult, full of embarrassments and ruined opportunities. In the end, her family sent her to Zukunft, their ruling territory, in hopes that they would be able to help her control the sudden surprises her body was developing.

Head: Devilish Headband (+12 Per, +10 Eng): If at any point, for whatever reason, Cecelia has this headband removed her usual prim and proper lady like visage is the last thing you will enjoy as she takes of the form of a monstrous devil, her energy stat is added to her energy stat and all other stats become equivalent to her energy stat. She becomes wildly aggressive and her wounds heal automatically after sustaining them in this form. Devil Cecelia wants nothing more than to spray guts and viscera in every direction without a care for her own safety. Form lasts four posts.

Hands: A Shiny Ring! (+5 Per, +5 Eng): At the cost of a Qi point this ring turns Cecilia invisible to anyone with a lower perception than her energy, and harder to hit for those with higher Per than her Eng. However, every time she puts it on she feels like someone is watching her... and, is someone whispering? (Personal Event unlocked after 3 threads of using the ring)

Legs:

Feet: Fancy Stealth Boots: (+7 Spd, +7 Per) - Who says just because you are being stealthy means you can't look up to date wearing the newest in fashion? Up to four rounds a thread these boots can deafen Celia's noises to such a degree it can even trick someone's eyes if their Perception is lower than Celia's speed they have a hard time pin pointing exactly where she is even if they were staring right at her before. She has to constantly be taking steps for this to work.

Misc: Celia's quill (+13 ENG): Celia is able to produce a bubble through this quill with a directional order on it. Whoever the bubble touches their body will experience sudden and immediate force in the direction written on the bubble from the quill with the damage and force of Celia's Eng stat. Up to four times a thread.

ProtaWitch Wand - A ProtaWitch is a scary story told to children which tells of a traitorous runaway who had experimental augmentations stolen on purpose to attempt to kill the Emperor! Her wand supposedly made of a rare material which can reflect a single Qi attack in another direction either aimed at the wielder or not it doesn't matter. Or it can hurl an invisible concussive attack doing the users energy plus the users energy in damage.

Protaween Snacks! - These odd candy treats get shoveled into your mouth by the handfuls returning half the persons Qi uses and heals half the damage they have taken.

Mitsuki can grant Celia the ability to copy any action she can see perfectly. Be it a gesture, jumping over a wall and landing safely, or a fighting ability.

Mitsuki can Grant Celia the Copy Cat Eye's which give her infra red vision and 180 degree vision. Celia can recognize people, attacks, or Qi abilities after seeing them just once, even if the person is wearing a disguise, or completely changed physically.

Ability Information

Qi Name: "Gauntlet Glove of the Gracious" – Celia’s abilities brings her anxieties concerning her life goals into the physical world. Nine times out of ten, they produce socially award effects, and the other ten percent seems to allow her to notice those issues even more.

Strengths: Most people don’t consider her an actual threat with her abilities. That being said, some of her abilities could be useful if she could learn to control them...

Weaknesses: The more embarrassed or anxious she gets, the more likely it is that the effects will strengthen or chain together. Cecilia’s qi does not assist or support in combat in any way, shape, or form except for her ultimate.

Zero Ability: Bubble Betrayal - Every time Cecelia hiccups, burps, or farts, her body lets out bubbles of various sizes.

Ability #2: I woke Up Like This - Now that Celia's worries over one social blunder is over, she's moved on to what feels like an endless string of bad hair days! Her hair will randomly change color, and texture without warning.

Ability #3: Glitter Bomb: Any time Cecelia sneezes, it's a glitter explosion! And trying to sipe it away only gets worse...

Ability #4: Growth Spurt - Random parts of Celia's body will randomly grow! Unfortunately, this makes it so there are some skin blemishes even makeup can't hide.

Ability #5: Pitch Perfect - Celia begins to perfectly mimic the person she is speaking, including pitch and inflection. This lasts for three posts.

Ability #6: X and Y - Gender swap! For three posts, Celia's body changes as she becomes much more masculine...

Ability #7: Eye See You - Celia's eyes are now capable of changing color! Sometimes only one eye will change, and they won't always turn out to be a "natural" color.

Ability #8: Eat Me - Without the help of cake or mushrooms, Celia's able to shrink! It can be her whole body, or parts of it, though the results may not always be appealing...
