Mental Information

Personality: Cillian is both a man bound by duty and unhindered by inhibition.  A free spirit that has been forged by the skilled hands of his teachers and tutors about his duty.  Quick to defend those in need and put himself in harms way for a good cause, he can't stand the sight of an unfair fight, or an unjust cause.  Thankfully most people are not despots in need of toppling, or bullies.  Or so he likes to believe. 

He believes the world has suffered grave injustice and it's people have been robbed of a chance to pursue happiness.  He hopes that he can help people find a way to reach their happiness, even if for a time.  Which is why entertainment is a passion of his, even if it is something that is frowned upon as a waste of his time and energy.  Though he doesn't let that bother him, or at least he tries to not let it bother him and to just approach life head on and with a smile.

History Information

History: Born in to a family of prestige and privilege Cillian had everything he could ever need available to him.  However with this privilege came high expectations and duty.  It was not enough to be born into a good family, he was expected to follow in the family legacy, to meet and exceed his Father, as his Father had exceeded his.  Such was the way of their family.  He took to it well enough, though not as seriously as his Father might have hoped.  His instructors all had the same notes.  That Cillian showed great promise if only he would fully devote himself to being the best he could be.  Instead he would be lectured again and again about his antics of fooling around.  How daggers were not toys to be juggled and thrown around with.  That makeup was for ladies and jesters, and that no it didn't matter if he got the reaction he was aiming for.  That his actions reflected upon his family. 

His life was a constant game of tug of war between him making strides to have a seat at the table, and being chastised for the way he presented himself.  Still when his home was threatened by Prota and push came to shove he took a stand against the despots that threatened his home.  Challenging their leader to combat he was able to scrape out a victory, barely.  But it was enough to earn the retreat of the Prota forces and a strange crystal dropped by the commanding officer during the fight. 

There was debate on whether he was suited to be awarded a seat after that, but his reputation was still not pristine enough for the older men among them, and so it was decided that he would not be awarded a position at this time.  But rather sent to Cabal with the hope that a new environment would allow him to grow up, and to strengthen a bond with old allies that would hopefully disuade reprisal for the failed assault on their home.

Head:  Blackwater's Royalty Circlet +6 Per +9 Eng

These Intricate and Beautiful Circlets are only given to the Higher Royalty members and a few of their trusted staff. Cillian can spend a post channeling his Qi into the Circlet, for every post he spends building energy he gets a permanent +5 ft to his Qi range for the thread and his Qi does +8 damage. After channeling 4 times in a thread he can instead turn all that energy into an explosive Qi attack that deal his energy +40 in damage. But the Circlet is useless for the following thread.



Chest: Mando Armor: +12 Def

The Mando Armor is ancient, in some cases hundreds of years old. Some ancient clan of people fused crystals together and formed metal around it for some of the most durable armor ever made. It's technique of creation lost to history, but in this time of Qi and hand-to-hand combat it's usefulness has become far more prevalent.

Hands: Flawless Selfless Ring: +6 Def, +8 Eng

Cillian can chose to give some of his energy to another person. Up to 4 times a thread he can give one of his Qi uses to someone else, turning that Qi use into a Mega Qi Use. A Mega Qi Use turns any ability used with it into a Super level Qi ability. Making any ability that uses it a Super (+20 to damage)

Legs:

Feet: Shoes of The Swordsman: +12 Spd, +10 Eng

The Shoes of The Swordsman were made to innately express the importance of footwork when it comes to both performing and swordsmanship. Firstly they allow Cillian an immense amount of balance allowing him to land and stand on any surface no matter how small as long as it was at least horizontal with gravity. These shoes also increase Cillian's proficiency with swords, up to four times a thread whenever he uses a sword as an attack he can increase his Spd and Atk stats by +12. Should he use a sword or shield to defend he can increase his Spd and Def by +12.

Misc: Cillian's Shield +10 Defense 1 Add On slots Bulwark Ability:  Cillian can raise his shield and increase his defense by +16.  This forms a bulwark over his body and in a cone 20 feet behind him.  The bulwark will build up a charge for every 12 damage it takes up to five charges.  Cillian can then unleash a shield bash ability with the stored damage plus his attack stat in a 20 foot cone in front of him.

Special: The Hitman's Egg - This egg must be equipped in the Special slot for Three Assignments or Events. The Hitman's Egg is blue except for precisely spaced red dots on its two points and four points along its side. It shakes violently from time to time.

Unequipped: Charm Bracelet +3 Per +2 Spd

This Charm Bracelet belonged to the girl that died in his arms. If Cillian looks at the charms and remembers that girl his heart hurts but his righteous fury rises. Once "activated" Cillian can ignore all pain for 4 posts. However, once the 4 posts is up he feels any damage he took all at once.

Component: Wood Tainted by the Final Judgement: If made as the primary part of an item increases damage, if used as an add-on piece increases construct damage.

Shrapnel: Can be used to create an item with an Explosive ability

 
Familiar: A small Wolf spirit with spine like hair around his shoulder blades pops out. Eyes a red as the maw of hell its self, and fur a black as the endless expanse of the universe. It gives a very tiny roar as it is no larger than nine inches long or three inches tall.



Fenrir Spirit: Over time Fenrir's rage grows with it's power. Every post it builds +1 Charge. At a max of +10 Charges Fenrir can transform into it's true form and fight alongside it's master with +12 to all stats

Oath of the Shining Knight

Cillian may call upon his oath and adorn himself with the Shining Silver armor of a Knight. The armor creates it's own energy pool equal to the maximum of Cillians Qi uses and can stay equipped for as many rounds as the created pool of Qi charges.

Cillian gains +12 Def, and Spd when equipped

The light that reflects off the armor raises the Perception and Energy stats of all allies who see it by +12 and lowers the Perception of all enemies who see it by -14.

Cillian may spend a Qi Charge from the pool of Qi the armor created to expel all negative effects on himself or allies within a 20 ft area, restoring 2 Qi charges to all allies in the effected range.


(Shikenshi) Zap Dragon Blade: A sword with blue flame summoned from the palm of Cillian holds in it the power of the Zap Dragon. Costing one Qi use per post to summon it can then fire Blade Beams with each slash of electricity. These blade beams do Cillians Energy on damage. (Does not use a Qi use to fire a blade beam, as long as the sword is maintained it's power can be used.

Zap Dragon Sword 2: Cillian can create a wall of electricity surrounding an area of up to twenty feet around him to create an arena, or to box in enemies. Those that touch the wall must suffer Cillian's energy +20 in Lightning Damage. This ability does not consume UP and may be used as long as the sword is activated.

0 Level - Smoke before the fire - Cillian can create smoke in an area twenty feet around him, heated from the flames of war. This smoke burns those he deems an enemy like fire, adding +16 to his energy in damage.

0 level: Smoke and Mirrors - The Amazing Ardan creates an almost invisible fog in a twenty-foot radius around him that allows him to create and manipulate images of anything within that radius. Such images are visual only and have no physical presence but can be used to make duplicates of things within the radius, make things vanish, or even to make images appear to move on their own. These illusions register as genuine to Qi sensory techniques and machines.

Level 1 - Anoint - Cillian can choose to anoint someone with his Qi that he has a bond with.  This effect can only apply to a willing ally and lasts until either party decides to dispel it.  Otherwise this status persists through all threads and effects. (10 UP) Paid

Level 2 - Anointed Defense - Cillian bolsters his defense and those of his allies.  Raising his defense by +12.  Should anyone who is anointed be within range him him and all anointed allies also gain a Qi shield with HP = to his energy (20 UP) Paid

Level 3 - Anointed Strength Cillian bolsters his attack and those of his allies. Raising his damage by +12. Should anyone who is anointed be within range of him. Him and all anointed allies also replace their attack with his energy stat.  Should their attack be higher they gain +12 attack instead (25UP) Paid

Level 4 - Anointed Gift - Cillian bolsters the power of him and his anointed allies by increasing a stat of their choice by +8 for a post. (15 UP) Paid
