What makes life easier? (Open)

She'd officially made it here.

Stowed away, uninvited, sponsored, accepted and promised dinner. Not a terrible way to start chasing your dreams.

Unfortunately Min found herself back to her initial problem. What do people even need? Or want? What could make life easier to live if you didn't have to do a certain something by hand? Maybe something that writes your letters for you...? Or something that can scrub your dishes while you uh...conduct business in the lobby. Maybe a cute little friend when you're a sad, lonely outsider? A bomb to destroy your enemies?

Min would squint and observe as people passed her by, watching for any minor inconveniences they may be experiencing for inspiration. She was covered in papers and holding a pen at the ready for possible blue-prints. Or just scribbling ideas.

"Come on...someone be inconvenienced..." she wished in the nicest way possible.

[Donovan]

Donovan would be walking by, not paying attention as he inspected his new black metallic arm. With its red crystal veins. Something felt off about it. It seemed a little more stiff than usual and made loud squeaking noises.

"Well, this is utterly annoying..."

He would say out loud to no one in particular.

Pff. Robo-arms? TOO EASY.

But beggars could not be choosers and she'd start waving somewhat energetically.

"Annoying you say!? Perhaps I may interest you in a product of convenience?"

She doesn't have a product yet, but an interest check is in order.

[Donovan]

Donovan stopped and turned to see the small girl making a commotion. He tilted his head and raised a brow.

"What?"

Was all he would say. Not really catching what she had said.

[Qi Yanmei]

Min just keeps happily waving at him!

[Donovan]

Done makes his way to the small girl.

"What do you want?"

[Qi Yanmei]

"Oh. But the real question is what do YOU want?" Min would point at him.

Like REALLY point at him.

He finger was just hovering mere inches from his face. Whatever part of it she could reach anyway. Like...the chin I'd guess.

"You appear...mildly inconvenienced!"

[Donovan]

Donovan was caught off-guard by the sudden movement and it caused him to take a step back. Then he would blink at her question.

"Uh... to get strong and fight a bunch of strong people?"

Then he would pause.

"Wait, how am I inconvenienced?"

[Qi Yanmei]

She looks down at his fake arm.

[Donovan]

He too looks down at his arm. And suddenly feels self conscious! He would rush to close his fist and move his arm behind his back only for his entire arm to freeze up in mid movement.

"What the fuck?!"

[Qi Yanmei]

"Are you taking the proper steps in terms of maintenance?" She'd ask, her eyes ever staring at his arm.

[Donovan]

Donovan's would look back at the girl.

"Of course! I shower, I am not some disgusting mess that doesn't believe in hygiene!"

[Qi Yanmei]

Min internally winces.

"So no."

She points to his arm this time.

"Perhaps they should have outfitted you with plastic."

[Donovan]

Donovan tilted his head in confusion.

"But, plastic is weak! I am strong!"

[Qi Yanmei]

"You're also weakening yourself without even realizing it." Min would say, delicately placing her papers next to her in a neat pile, only to send them flying as she places a hand on top of them and pushes herself to her feet.

She glances back at her mess for an awkward moment before turning to Donovan like it never happened.

"As I was saying. Take a look."

She'd go to grab his hand and pull it towards her so his arm would straighten out. She's expecting more metal screeches.
