Drake would huffed and look out over the bog again. This time he would try to focus. His eyes haven't worked since getting here... but hey, why not try again? So he stared into the bog with as much focus as he could... but to no avail. His eyes still wouldn't activate. He was about to lose it when it clicked. What if that was the issue? He needed to be less reliant on his power. So he would do just that. Look out into the horizon and take it all in.

His power wouldn't click on. The bog itself was dark, dank. Devoid of much animal life that he could see, but teeming with plant life. Thick roots uprooted and vines twisting and hanging from the dense canopy of trees. Far in the distance he could see crumbled ruins of what were obviously buildings, but they were older than the ruins he was used to, or at least more dilapidated and overgrown. Some of which were completely green and covered with plant life.
