Hermes floated over past Cain to Stigma, reaching out to pluck a hair from her head which he would begin to wrap around his staff.
"This will hurt."

Stigma would become somewhat rigid as Hermes approached her, and she averted her eyes shyly.
The hair being plucked out caused her to blink from the quick sting, and she steeled herself for the upcoming pain.
"I-I'm ready."
She was used to pain. Hopefully she could tolerate this.

The staff would begin to glow, the hair around it burning and Stigma would feel a burning sensation in her chest. Her arms would fly back outside of her control as her back began to bend back as well. A bright light searing visibly from her chest.
Hermes scrunched his brows in concentration as he held out the staff.
"Now let's see what we have here..."
Burning feeling 100 attack!

She'd be alarmed by the sensation, initially hoping to reach for her chest in an attempt to soothe herself. Unfortunately her arms were no longer under her control, and she'd bend backwards as well!
At first she doesn't say anything, the shock of it all sort of numbing her briefly. But the pain would quickly catch up with her and she'd give a slightly choked gasp.

HE doesn't want to interrupt right away, in case it just makes it last longer. The faster the pain was done, the better.

The light and pain grew as the power worked it's way deeper inside of her. His jaw clenched just slightly while the veins along her neck and face began to glow brilliantly along with the staff. Then like a puppet with its strings cut off everything would leave Stigma and floating above her would be a Woman. "Selene. Goddess of the Moon." Burning sensation attack 150 |

She'd drop to one knee and support herself up with her hands, panting as she tried to regain her composure. Despite the sudden release, she couldn't quite bring herself to gaze upon the Goddess that was floating above her.
He wasn't kidding, that was quite painful.

"I will start praying in order to repay you..." Stigma would say breathlessly, not having been one to pray whatsoever.
She looks at Selene, trying to find out what to say.
"Y-you're my ancestor...?"
A confirmation would be a start, she supposed...even though this was probably confirmation enough.
