She considers the death option...just because it's familiar. Unfortunately she probably would come back much too quickly to even speak to Hades so...

She's almost certain 'boon' is the one that good?
She's momentarily flustered but she drops to her knees and clasps her hands. She could use as much help as she could get considering Cain doesn't seem extremely informed, himself.
"A-ah! Could I p-please request more guidance from you, Hermes?"
Is that a prayer? Sounds more like asking for a favour but that may be the same thing.

Cain hides the frown threatening to form on his face at the repeated insistence on kneeling, as well as the fact that Stigma was agreeing to do so.
He understood the need for reverence, as Hermes had earned his spot, no doubt. But this felt... excessive.

Hermes breathed in deep and Cain could almost see or feel something going into him. Then a spark of light formed in front of Stigma, almost like a whisp.
"This will guide you."
The light swirled around and would hang near the mouth of the path back down the mountain.

Stigma would practically go cross-eyed as she stared at the wisp, and she'd stand as it began showing the way.
"You have my thanks." Stigma would say honestly, starting to follow after it!
