Adelaide went through the wall landing with a hard thud and coughing up some blood.

"You... BITCH!"

She would cry out as she struggled to her feet. She would charge out the door swinging her bat, intending to hit Kaia in the head!

Berserker Bat: +5 Attack, -2 Defense; A simple enough looking bat, with tiny, vein-like black lines running through it. As soon as she swings the bat the first time, she begins to lose control of herself and is overtaken by a bloodthirsty rage that dramatically increases her attack but lowers not only her defense, but her willingness to defend herself. The more she wields the bat, the stronger this effect is on her mind, until she loses herself to a Berserker like mode. The only thing that can free her from this is a strong, intrinsic trigger, or she drops the bat. (+50% Atk -25% Def per hit for 4 posts up to +150% Atk -100% Def)

Kaia power herself up, ducking under the swing before pushing herself forwards to throw two quick jabs at her ribs.

She noticed the toll one throw took on her, but she wouldn't dishonour Adelaide by holding back, either.

"How long before your dad shows up?" she'd ask casually, mindful of the weapon.

The sounds of cracking and snapping were unmistakable to hear when the fists landed, Adelaide hit the ground hard. But seemingly running off of some sort of hidden anger she rose again screaming in rage as she swung the bat to hit Kaia in her ribs!

"Compared to those poor caged birds, being a crow isn't so bad.". The Pride of being their own person who can't be controlled and doesn't fit in to normal society The Crows Necklace can allow Adelaide to put emotion into her hits adding 150% her energy stat to her Atk stat twice per thread. A Crow is tenacious and the will power to go against the norm to be your own person can drive Adelaid on, allowing her to get back up and keep fighting if defeated up to 2 times per thread. (1 use left of Each ability)

Considering the sound and the way the girl went down, Kaia didn't expect her to get back up....but...she did. Somehow it looked like rational thought was out the window as she came at her again.

Kaia would just barely avoid the bat by skipping back, surprised by the strength behind the swing since...that couldn't feel good with broken ribs.

"Hey! You're going to fuck yourself up, what are you doing?!"

Adelaide heaved taking another step forward. The lights in her eyes had gone out, there was no more control in her actions as she let out something between a howl and a screech as she charged forward, the grinding and crunching sound of her own shattered ribs making sickening noises, swinging the bat at Kaia again, in a downward swing aimed for her head! It was at this time that Kyrie would appear screaming!

"ADELAIDE!!!"

From the ground behind Kaia two chains would shoot out of the ground wrapping up her feet tightening and pulling in an attempt to trip Kaia!

"Pay attention or you'll miss it."

-Kyrie is a deceptive, manipulative, and all around sneaky person, allowing Adelaid to gain an advantage on sneaking, hiding, or bluff GM rolls.

-Kyrie is perceptive and can point out hidden things Adelaid may miss during a GM thread.

-Kyrie can give Adelaid access to two chains that can appear out of any object she can see within 20ft of herself which lash out up to four times per thread doing 150% of Adelaids energy in damage. Adelaid also gains +20 Energy while the chains are summoned. (Adelaids eyes turn gold when in use.)

"Sorry but I've seen that before!" Kaia would grit her teeth, catching the bat in her palm with a soft grunt. The chains would pull and cause her to slide back but find that she was suddenly much sturdier than before.

For the sake of this girl's well-being she had to put an end to this. She'd try to pull the bat in and pin it under her armpit so Adelaide couldn't swing it around anymore, then use her now freed arm to send a back-hand across her face. Ideally she'd have to let go to avoid it or just take it...but Kaia wasn't sure what to expect with the...Qi sprite???

Zero Ability: "Kinetic Combat!" - Kaia uses kinetic energy to empower her attack and defense, boosting them by 75% of her energy.

-Plot of The End - Once per thread Kaia can plot out an attack. After seeing an ability done once in a thread, the next time it is done her plan goes into action halving the effects of the attack if she is struck and giving her abilities a 50% increase to counter it.

Adelaide was unconscious before the bat even landed falling to the ground immediately after the attack. Kyrie would run over to Adelaide.

"Adelaide, sweeite, wake up! Please get up!"

She would be patting Adelaide's face turning to face Kaia.

"GET SOME HELP!"

The tiny sprite cried.

[Kaia Galanos]

Kaia would just look over the bat with a frown as the sprite screamed away. There was something weird about it.

Then she'd grimace at the order.

"Shut the fuck up. I am the help. Get out of the way."

Kaia would kneel next to Adelaide, activating her visor and scanning the girl with it before healing them both back to perfect health.

"I think that should do it..."

Lord Blackwaters Medical Visor (Prototype): +6 Spd + 9 Per

This medical visor was made by Lord Blackburn shortly after making a name for himself as a doctor. Kaia can scan an individual and know any health issues they currently have, twice a thread Kaia can heal herself or an ally back to 100% (not including Qi uses)

Adelaide would cough and sputter as he body was healed. Eyes shooting open.

"What the fuck?!"

She would exclaim as she started feeling her ribs. Finding them completely intact...

"What... happened?"

“You’re a reckless idiot, that’s what.” Kaia would say, poking the side of Adelaide’s head.

"Says the bitch that just... threw me through a wall?"

She would say turning to the hole in the wall.

"How the hell am I... ok?"

Kyrie would be standing off to the side tapping her foot. Adelaide would turn to look at her.

"Oh... hey... mom..."

Kaia doesn’t say anything about Adelaide’s....mother. Yet.

“Yeah. I threw you through a wall and you still tried to fight me. I broke your ribs and you just kept aggravating your injuries. You’re an idiot.” Kaia would reiterate.

“But I healed you.”

"How did I... how did you... what?"

She was confused...

She looks over at the bat.

“Where did you get that? There’s something off about it.”
