So there's... two. Cutting it in half clearly was a bad idea. Cain glances at Dionysus, notices his lack of... well, anything, and decides whatever's going to happen, it needed to happen now.
"Alright. Stay there, Dionysus."
Cain sprints forward, even as the creatures begin their grabs, aiming to parry the creature's hand with the flat side of his axe while he moves to the side, attempting to line the creatures up. Then, spinning it in his grip, he swipes with the flat of the axe, making the energy wave much wider, and less sharp, intending to crush both creatures with the impact.
"DON'T YOU FUCKING SPLIT AGAIN! JUST DIE! DIE DIE DIE!"

Once a thread Cain can feel the power of the people on his side, this gives him a temporary boost of +5 in every stat for 2 posts. (If this power is activated to protect someone it gives a +10 instead) + 10 to protect Dionysus
Blood boil: Cain's blood pumps more blood into his muscles granting him a boost to Atk and Spd, +9 to both.
Level 2 - Defensive Style: Porcupine's Quill - Cain blocks with his full might, adding 100% of his attack to his defense for one post. If he is not using a weapon, this bonus is reduced to 75%. UP to unlock: 15
Level 0 - Strong Style: Strength of the Bear - Cain focuses his energy into his weapon, allowing him to add 100% of his energy to his attack for one post. If not using a weapon, Cain adds 75% of his energy to his attack.
Level 4 - Speed Style: Panther's Agility - Cain focuses on forcing his body to move faster, increasing his speed by 100% of his energy for one post. UP to unlock: 20
Level 7 - Technical Style: Wisdom of the Owl - Cain focuses on the world around him, raising his perception by 50% of his energy for one post. UP to unlock: 10
Level 10 - Technical Style: Spider's Web - Can only be activated after 5 posts of combat. Cain's unnatural fighting instincts kick in, recognizing patterns in his foe's behaviour, adding 75% of his Perception to his Defense, and 75% of his Defense to his Perception (does not stack with each other). Does not carry over to other threads' combat with the same opponent. UP to unlock: 15
Nocturne Gauntlet (Relic): +6 Atk, +6 Per
The Nocturne Gauntlet was once used by the Crimson King. He specialized in exploiting weaknesses, spotting soft spots and tearing them apart. When attacking with the Nocturne Gauntlet the user adds their Perception stat to their Attack stat. Can be used 5 times per thread. Otherwise the clawed finger armor is very sharp.
Level 3 - Technical Style: Buffalo's Horn - Can only be used after blocking an attack with Porcupine's Quill. Cain's next attack is increased by 100% of his attack. If he is not using a weapon, this bonus is reduced to 75%. UP to unlock: 15
Level 6 - Strong Style: Lion's Roar - Cain lets loose a furious cry, raising his total attack as well as those allied with him by 25% for two posts. Can only affect those within earshot. UP to unlock: 15
