[Atlas Steele]

Atlas watches as people walk by him, going into their houses, going into the sprawling apartment buildings that were made everywhere as his eyes would follow them from below, slowly passing by before every so often turning up with a smug look as a person tried to challenge him and kick him a few times before sighing patiently.

You see, Atlas himself has been stuck in the ground, buried up to his shoulders in the parking lot of a small collection of Apartments and he had been getting bored, having no motivation to walk out of the hole or lift himself out, he would just be stuck there, his head sticking out looking at everybody as he does his best to keep up his attention to whoever needs to complain for a moment before his stomach rumbled...

"Could somebody please help me... I am stuuuck..." As he just needed somebody, anybody, to help him at this point...! Even a tiny hand pulling on him would free him...!

Well there's no tiny hand, but, there's a woman-sized definitely not human lady who stops by. The pointed ears don't seem normal.

"Oh my. Why are you buried? Did someone play a prank on you?" she asks. Not helping.

[Atlas Steele]

As Atlas was busy begging for help from whoever could help, he would notice the little fairy make her way over and stop by... Wanting to answer like usual, he found himself tongue-tied for a moment before then looking around quietly, not wanting to say a single thing before taking a deep breath to calm himself.

"Are..." He would almost ask before then shaking his head, as he couldn't even believe it, it was beyond anybody that he could even talk about, beyond anybody that he could even know about!

"Are you like... An angel from heaven, or are you some kind of..." He would think before groaning in frustration, realizing that he had the word on the tip of his tongue but couldn't know exactly what it was before he remembered his friend shouting about it in frustration weeks ago when he threw his controller out of the window and it landed on the back of his head...!

"Are you like those little blue things called Navi?" as Atlas was enthralled by this little creature.

Yanmei would place a hand to her lips in amusement, giving something of a titter.

"An angel? My goodness. Some would say I am. I do look rather angelic, don't I?"

As Atlas struggled to find the word he was looking for, Yanmei would happily float and give a spin, as if showing off at a fashion show. Her wings didn't flutter, however, looking more like an accessory.

The next question made her tilt her head.

"I'm afraid I have no idea what you're referring to. Navi? Blue thing? I wouldn't call myself a thing...go back to referring to me as an angel. That one was fine."

Frowning for a moment before understanding what the person was like, Atlas didn't have to be quick to understand this as he would want to draw more information from this person before coughing a little before then speaking in a praising tone.

"Oh Woah, so you wish to be called like an angel, truly you are more than that!" He would praise her, before then trying to word a few more complaints before looking pained to the side as he would try to take more deep breaths, looking as if he was visible in pain...!

"I wish I could compliment your fantastical style more, I truly wish I could...!" before taking some quiet, soft breaths as he would try and seem like he was slowly losing breath... "But I am stuck in this pit, by an evil criminal, running away without letting me stop him from committing more crimes, please, oh angel from heaven, give me a chance to break from this prison so I may grace you with more compliments you deserve! No, need!" as he pleaded to this little fairy, in the hopes that he could escape from his predicament.

She'd straighten out a bit as he spoke, looking like she was laying down on an invisible bed with her hand propping her head up.

"I see. I'm not sure how I can get you out." she admits.

She looks around, seeming a bit troubled.

"What can I do about this? Hmm."

[Atlas Steele]

Atlas sighs before slamming his head down, pushing him a little forwards, but not enough to free himself as he groans to himself, voicing annoyances to his own detriment, as he would then turn to the person with a slow groan.

"You surely must have a way to free me right?" He spoke, almost begging before he would try to squirm his way up, needing just a little bit more strength before flopping face down, sobbing tenderly.

"I can never go back home anymore, I am going to be stuck here forever and suffer eternally as my family and farm animals at home are going to staaaaarve" He started to comment before a person in the distance picked up a rock and threw it at Atlas to quiet him down, Atlas not able to notice it coming.
His tears of not being able to get home to help his family are genuine as he was trying to do his best and not being able to help those that he truly cared for, it struck him as painful and beyond any form of pain he had felt up to now.
To the point where he would accept any help.

"Ohhh no. Don't cry! Umm..."

She'd look alarmed at his squirming, and the fact someone threw a rock at him in response. Honestly this man was not having a good day.

Sadly she weighed about as much as air. But she'd give it a shot.

"Take my hand, big guy! I'll try to pull you?"

She'd reach out for him!

As he would shuffle an arm free, trying to get out as he would reach his hand upwards... It didn't matter how strong the little fairy was as he had a little grip before trying to climb his way out as fast as he could, only to show the reason why in a hole that he could wiggle in he couldn't climb out easily.

Dropping himself on the ground after climbing out from the tiny amount of support and mumbling constant thank you's, Atlas would grip at his leg with the pain that had been intensifying becoming obvious why it was there.

"I try to become a wrestler in palisade city and already people are trying to stop me..." He commented, with an old and partly broken bear trap stuck on Atlas his leg, blood still dripping down as he would take a moment to get his breath back.

"Th... Thank you, Truly, Thank you... You are a fantastic little angel, aren't you?" He spoke with a smile.

Yanmei's attention would be on the bear trap, watching it as if she were trying to understand what she was seeing. Her eyes would shift back to Atlas, realizing he'd been thanking her this whole time.

"Hm? Oh! Yes, indeed I am." she'd chuckle.

"I'm sorry, but someone trapped you in the ground with an animal trap?"

She was trying to understand the series of events before her.

"Can you take that thing off? You're bleeding."

[Atlas Steele]

Looking at the bear trap, he would grimace for a moment before nodding. "Yeah, I think I can now." He would comment before then ripping up his own shirt to tie up the pieces of cloth around his fingers to help with the grip without compromising his fingers as he would slowly force the thing to open up as some blood splattered out.

"Yeah... This happens a few times, I am sorry that you had to see this, but this is what happens when I am trying to undercut food prices in the slums." He would comment, awkwardly chuckling, before looking around in pain.

"Is there some way I can repay you this help you have given me, you have helped me greatly, and honestly, I thought the others that dug this hole for me would come back to get me"

[Qi Yanmei]

"Hm. I'm sure you're ten times their size, why do you let them do that to you?" Yanmei would ask, floating over to sit on his shoulder. Despite her human size, she weighed very little.

As for the offer...despite not doing much she did enjoy rewards.

"If you have sweets I'll gladly accept those as repayment!" she'd chuckle.

[Atlas Steele]

"Sweets? I know this amazing little shop that's in the alley two streets ahead that will blow your little mind, they are called 'Dear and Close Confectionary' and they should still have those amazing milk candies, maybe even one of those large parfaits if you want to challenge your little stomach." Atlas would state before making his way over to the location in a way that he could show her where to get next time she would desire to snack there.

"But honestly, the only reason I am not going to attack them back or fight back... Is that revenge is a cycle I cannot afford with the children I am trying to raise at my home." He spoke, with a longing look in his own eyes before giving an exhausted sigh of a man that had been through enough in such a frame of time.

"If you have other ideas though, I would love to hear them, my little guardian angel." He spoke, before chuckling quietly.

"Sounds sketchy, I'm in!" she'd say.

She didn't need to eat so she could fit startling amounts of food in her stomach.

Startling.

"You seem a bit old to have little children." Yanmei would note, not at all considering how rude the comment was. She was just honest to a fault at times.

"If you don't do anything, you'll keep finding yourself in those situations. And then it could escalate to your children, you know? But if you do something that makes them angry you'll get attacked again in revenge. So it sounds like you have to scare them. Make them not want to approach you ever again because the consequences aren't worth it!"

[Atlas Steele]

"Oh, I can understand, I work out almost every day, and my friend, Aroma, taught me how to use these little salves for my face so that I do not get wrinkl-" as he would listen to the genuinely good advice that was being given before closing his eyes and taking in the advice for a moment as he would take a deep breath...

"Yeah, little angel, you are a genius, I have to admit that." He would state with a smile on his face, looking towards the people that were passing through the streets before nodding. "You deserve anything you can eat then!"

Digging his own grave, he would pass into an alley as an old lady would greet Atlas in a familiar tone as if she had done this quite often already, before pointing him towards a chair, as Atlas would realize what to do.
Taking one of the little chairs from the decorations before placing it on the table itself, offering it to the little angel that had been helping him.

"May I know your name and offer you a seat, Angel?"
