So As You Can See, It's Awful. (Kaia)

[Lucifer]

Icarus would pull out a crystal, about the size of a finger. Tossing it to Cain he's shrug.

"You tell me."

If Cain looked into the Crystal he would see himself, sitting in the other world with a snow globe in hand. Wishing upon to restore his God territory to it's former glory. Images would flicker through the crystal of a dead world covered in chains, with hideous deformed monsters. Screams and a rumble as the mountain crashes into the ground, swarms of unnatural horrors clawing out of the hole in space with it. With Cain himself being the last to fall through the crack.

[Cain Rhamos]

Cain catches it easily, then looks down at the crystal.

His brow furrows in confusion.

"...that can't be right."

He says softly to himself, staring at it.

"I don't believe you."

[Kaia Galanos]

Kaia doesn't see so she has no idea.

"Was it a God?" she'd ask, brows furrowing.

[Lucifer]

"Your belief isn't required for it to be true."

[Cain Rhamos]

"He thinks it was me."

Cain frowns, tossing the crystal towards Kaia.

"I don't have that kind of power. I'm not even a major God!"

[Kaia Galanos]

Kaia catches the crystal and peers into it!

[Lucifer]

Kaia sees the exact same thing as Cain did! With Cain making his wish and her Olympus crashing into this world, tearing a temporary hole for the monsters to come and invade before Cain fell to this world.

[Kaia Galanos]

Her brows furrow. What in the hell was this?

"You made a wish that caused this?" she asks in disbelief. "But how? Something obviously heard you."

[Cain Rhamos]

"I got a snow globe and wished to restore the Gods and our Territory. Then I smashed it because it was stupid."

He shrugs.

"It shouldn't have DONE anything so massive."

[Lucifer]

Icarus didn't say anything at first, and just continued to stare at Cain. Some of the mummering in the crowd was growing in discomfort overhearing what they were all saying. It was safe to assume that the three of them were likely the only ones to have seen that crystal.

"What I see when I look around are the failures of the Gods who brought this blight upon us. And the remnants of which now apparently march through the streets, not to rebuild and help. But to smite innocent people for who knows what. Maybe you should just go back to your mountain and hide and let us try to pick up the pieces and live our lives. We don't need you."

[Cain Rhamos]

"You need Gods more than ever, given the state of the world. You pickin' a fight with me just shows you're a fucking idiot."

Cain points up at the man aggressively!

[Kaia Galanos]

Kaia's eyes narrow a bit as he keeps talking ill of the Gods. She lets Cain vent out his frustration before sliding in a question.

"Icarus. How did you get that name?"

[Lucifer]

"You are the one fighting. I'm simply showing you the truth. If you want to use violence on me that is your right. Is it not?"

He'd turn to Kaia and give her a small bow of his head. His tone far more respectful.

"Well, I'm not part of the hero faction if that's what you mean. It's just a name that people started to unofficially call me because I strive to do what only the Gods had done before. But I can't sit back and see people suffer."

[Cain Rhamos]

"See?! You're aggravating me on purpose!"

That pointing stays very aggressive!

[Kaia Galanos]

Well at least he wasn't a hypocrite. The hero was probably dead, so, she supposed the name was free. Still left a bad taste in her mouth.

"And what are you trying to do?"

He obviously didn't care much for the Gods...but it was worth seeing if their goals somehow aligned. He might know something.
