OOC: IF you want you are allowed to watch but I ask you do not interfere in this fight.
IC: Mathew had always believed that fate smiled upon him from time to time. Taken away from his home and the empire he was working on Mathew was distraught at the thought of having to start fresh again. But, it seemed that he would not have to start fresh. He was not the only one from 552 that was here. Hell, apparently he was not the only one of the Dragons that ended up in this school.
He had heard people talking about Leon, owner of the courtyard, but he didn't think it was his Leon. Not the same Leon that shared the title of Dragon. What were the odds of that? He didn't know where Leon was or even how to find him, but he did have an idea on how to get him to find him. It was a simple plan really. If Leon owned the courtyard the best way to get him to show up was to challenge that.
It was for that reason that he stood in the center of the courtyard, his Earth Dragon Coat flapping in a gentle breeze. Brushing the bangs out of his face he would grin to himself before taking a deep breath to shout his proclamation to all those that were in the courtyard.
"I now claim this courtyard as property of the Earth Dragon!"
He would shout defiantly to the courtyard grinning in excitement at the thought of reuniting with someone from home. Someone that he knew he could work with, someone he could use.

"I now claim this courtyard as property of the Earth Dragon!"
-SPARK-
Indeed the words had reached the ears of a certain blonde individual, of course, his ear twitched and a spark shot from his hand to the ground, though very small. He was once again sitting against the clock tower. His refuge as it where. A fortress of decent solitude and when people made that solitude annoying he simply removed the annoyance.
Yet this new person making noise. Wasn't so much annoying as a challange. A previouse battle they had, went on forever. The likes of which a fight rarely happens. Move after move, attack after attack it was just exploding into another category all its own before it was halted. Leon's half smile appeared as he stood up with a slight groan. Twisting the rust out of his wrists as he walked around the clock tower.
"See. Right there, thats where you messed up. This courtyard is mine."

The familiar voice, the feeling of electricity in the air. He knew it was Leon without even having to look. He could almost smell it in the air. The grin on his face grew as he turned to face his old "friend" in this strange new land.
"Then defend it!" He would shout back to Leon. "Defend it if you can!" He would add before adding to himself softly so that Leon could not hear from the distance they were at, "old friend..."
He knew this was going to turn in to a fight fast. Leon was not one to mince words from what he remembered, unlike himself who enjoyed psyching his enemy out. Mathew didn't get in to any fighting stance to speak of but Leon would know he was ready for him. He always was, besides Leon would know that he was not one to start with a fighting stance. He preferred to adapt to what his enemy did. Thankfully Leon tended to be a hot head so he assumed that Leon would get things started after such a blatant challenge.

"Very well."
As Mathew had deduced this was a major difference in two fighters. Mathew was free form, yet disciplined in his own way, Leon was an old style fighter, developing ways to turn his every blow into a precise death bomb just waiting to go off. The only reason he retained his styles was against extremely difficult fighters, like his partner in crime, the Thunder Dragon. That Tyranical monster was just too powerful for any normel human to take on. Thats why Leon was a Dragon.
He charged forward without showing which stance he was going to use. For that gave away alot already considering their last fight. Leon was in essence a street fighter, but he did have form to it. Once he got within two big cement block squares away he would jam his forward right leg into the crack ripping into it, and he would kick up, throwing it right inbetween himself and Mathew His right hand reared back as a huge electrical charge found itself in his grasp, he'd throw the punch going straight through the cement moving towards Mathew, using the rubble and dabree as cover to hopefully pop out of the cloud too close to react, and hopefully moving too fast for his opponent to respond.

Mathew would laugh when Leon charged at him. He had to admit his plan was a sound one except for one fatal flaw in it. He was not fighting some chump off the street. Mathew had also earned the title of Dragon and had a reputation of being a cunning fighter. But more importantly he had improved since they had last met. He had become better, faster, stronger.
He didn't intend to let Leon land a blow on him yet. Mathew was tough but the less damage he took the better since he knew that he could outlast Leon if it came down to it. And he felt that he was now a match for him on speed.
He saw the block of stone speeding in his direction with Leon right behind it. It wasn't hard to see what he was planning. Mathew's response was to jump backwards avoiding both the blond dragon and the shards of stone.
"Is that all you got?" He would say with a small chuckle. "You insult me." He would add all the while waiting for him to move. He wasn't going to let his guard down to talk. Lord knows he exploited that enough himself to fall for it.

Leon would grin as he saw that Mathew had gone backwards, so he'd spin downward in the air, his fist sailing hard into the cement, going into the earth and aiming behind him, a huge rumble of an explosion from that supercharged punch would send Leon sailing at a great speed towards Mathew. Coming around Leon would spin due to using one arm for the punch he'd be spinning to his right, there fore his left arm would be coming around to clock Mathew. Though an untrained person in such combat would simply be out of control and only aiming to hit anywhere on his opponent, Leon on the other hand had been developing this for a while here. It has to do with alot of airiel maneuvers.
He began to understand this when fighting Toushi back at 552 with Ark. He spent almost that whole fight in the air. And he did good. He may not be able to change directions, but if he comes at them enough they will slip up, even Toushi did. He could even hit Ark like this. In general his eyes where fast enough to catch Mathews position with every rotation, so he'd be able to plant that fist where he wanted it, and using his normel electrical charge he would smash it into the guys shoulder. Yes, a body shot. He didn't care about the coat, he knew about the coat, he just wanted to hit the guy.
Depending on where things went from there, is simply that, how things went from there.

Mathew would only have time to widen his eyes at the speed Leon unleashed at him. This was something new to him. Still his body was reacting even while his brain was not. Years of fighting in harsh conditions made Mathew able to fight on instinct. 552 had been like a crucible shaping the boy in to the man he now was. Once an innocent if misguided kid, now a cold and calculating man.
There was now way that Mathew could dodge this attack. He just was not fast enough and dodging was never his strength anyways. He only had one option. His only chance was to use gravity against Leon and so he would reach to grab Leon's left arm taking the blow to his shoulder from the right arm. He would feel the blow but thankfully the coat would absorb almost all of the impact and the charge leaving Mathew little worse for the wear.
Should he grab Leon however he would use the speed that he was just using against him by rotating his body to keep the momentum going as he slammed the man in to the ground as hard as he could. With any luck there would be a hole so deep Leon would end up in fucking china.

Leon felt himself make contact with his punch and then he felt himself grabbed. He knew what that meant, it meant momentum was going to try and become his enemy. He would be sent downward, and he would throw his elbow into the ground before the rest of him to obliterate as much of the hard surfice as possible, making it soft enough to stand back up making it look like it didn't hurt, but that would be an idiots move. He'd stay down for a second in his little crater and then flip over to his stomach on all fours, hands and feet, he'd push off with all four limbs giving himself more lift aiming hisfoot straight up heel first for Mathew's chin.
Of course it was a dangerous move, Mathew was a dangerous aponnent, but that didn't mean putting yourself in danger didn't pull off. The slight backwards rotation Leon would have would hopefully come in handy if the heel didn't do it's job.

What the hell is an Earth dragon? Transfers these days were seriously getting on her nerves - not that she knew he was one, just saying. And with the added Enforcers who think they can pull all sorts of crap and get away with it? Jeez, this was seriously not her day. But still, it seemed as if Leon stepped up to challenge this other guy, who she assumed was new considering she would have recognized such a powerful aura if she had seen him before. But whatever - getting back to the point? Both guys had claimed the courtyard, and Mitsuki could not help but mentally roll her eyes and scoff at their stupidity. Claiming courtyards? That was definitely a first. Just because you claim something doesn't mean it's yours. And seriously, who was going to listen to the punks anyway? What are they going to do? Beat the sh!t out of everyone who steps on their lovely green grass?
I don't think so.
But still, as the school captain, it would be my job to stop the two and pull them apart. But you know what? That's just too much work. I'll just let the two beat the crap out of each other and see how it goes from there. Besides, the two seem to be having heaps of fun! Sarcasm, if you didn't notice.
Mitsuki sat in a tree a good distance away, nearly invisible compared to the other students who started to stop and watch the scene.

Mathew had to turn his head when Leon made contact with the ground to avoid letting the dust that erupted from the ground find it's way in to his eyes. It was a vulnerability yes, but so was being blinded by sand and rocks. To his good fortune Leon did not strike right away though and Mathew was allowed time to recover as the dust began to settle. Though of course Leon didn't wait too long and Mathew did his best to react in the small amount of time that he had.
All he saw was a heel rushing at him and his body would shift to the side to avoid it. Unfortunately that didn't mean he would be able to dodge the rest of Leon's body. The most likely result would be Leon slamming in to Mathew with his leg going past him. Should that happen Mathew would wrap his arms around Leon in an "embrace" before turning and slamming him on to the ground with Mathew landing on top of him. That is unless Leon was able to do something to alter the outcome of this situation.

Leon felt that it was taking too long, as he bent backwards being able to see Mathew's feet he knew he was going to miss. He would kick his other leg out to help his rotation and to make up for with the end of his shoe what his other heel would have failed to do. Hit Mathew in the chin. If that didn't work and Mathew was able to grab him, Leon would wrap his knee's around Mathews head and throw his arms as hard as he could into the front of Mathew's ankles and bend his body forward to flip Mathew onto his back.
Mathew was crafty in his own way, just not very technical in his fighting. More blunt than anything else. Well when you have a coat like that, you can aford to not care.

Mathew was a blunt fighter, but a very successful blunt fighter. Even before he gained the Earth Dragon Coat he had always found it acceptable to take some damage in order to dish it back out. He had expected something like this from Leon though. And when his other leg started to move Mathew's arm was already coming up to keep the leg from hitting his face pushing it to the side. This left him in an interesting position. One leg to the left and the other to the right of him with Leon's body ready to collide in probably less then a second. It wasn't a complex move that he would do but one that he would think was poetic in it's simplicity, that is if he had time to think he would have.
Mathew's head would move forward shooting at Leon's body as his body propelled to him at high speed. Mathew was doing a head butt, sadly Leon's head was too high for Mathew to reach with his head so he would have to settle with slamming his skull right in to Leon's balls.. A brutal move that would obliterate anyone's sense of fair play and one that would hurt them both, though he was willing to bet that such a blow would hurt Leon far more then it would hurt him.

Well Patrick was up to his usual school antics, and on the first day at his new school. His antics consisting of not going to class and enjoying the scenery. Currently, he was sleeping in a tree in the courtyard when he heard the sounds of a fight. As he came out of his light sleep, a habit he had learned as an orphan on the streets.
Just from the general sounds of the battle, the crowd and their whisspers and the fighters themselves the new junior was able to tell that these fighter were not your everyday fighters, they were very strong. Two good fighters definatly made for an interesting fight. As Patrick gave a lazy look int the direction of the fighters he thought he recognized them and mettered, "What the hell?"
As most comedic moments occur in fantasies this occured as such:
Upon confirmation of who the two were Patrick fell out of the tree he was in and landed right next to some girl. The junior got to his feet, brushing the dirt off of his jeans and black zip up hoodie and underlying grey shirt. As he did this he retightenend his white bandanna to keep his red hair out of his eyes never once taking his eyes off of the fight, the girl beside him being totally ignored at the moment.
Memories from his freshman and early sophmore years flooded back to him. The one in the coat was Mathew! He was the first leader of the reformists, the one who started the war that killed all of those people. He was one of those dragons. The other person Patrick had seen once before in one of the wars battles, he was Marcus' sensei or what have you. According to what Marcs had said that guy was one of the dragons too. However, Mathew got more of Patrick's attention as he had started the war that Patrick had barely survived.
"Ye bastard," The Irish boy said, the girl beside him still unnoticed, "How the hell did ye get here?"

Once again his attack was thrwarted. Seems Mathew was different from the last time they faught. Last time they seemed to be on equil terms, now its like Mathew came across some dorment skills. Or maybe Leon was just rusty from being so mellow for so long. A family will do that to even the best fighters. Now this headbutt idea was smart, but also foolish against someone of Leon's calibur. As soon as contact was made normal reaction was to close your legs, and Leon did it hard from the impact, instantly the pain ruptured through his body, his Endorphines shooting through his body from his brain, something he learned to use against Hiroko Katashi on more than one ocassion. He had also done so against Ark when fighting him in New York so he could take the damage that monster was able to dish out.
Now using this new ability to take pain, using his sit up techniques from an upside down position he would pull in almost as if sitting on Mathews chest, his eyes almost white from the pain as he would begin to smash his fist into Mathews face. Not usually being one to aim to damage his opponent, he was aiming straight for Mathews nose with each blow. His left hand grasping the back of Mathews head, while his right would smash into the front, pushing Mathews face into it. Initially when getting hit in the balls you have 30 seconds before the true pain hits. But once Endorphines are released it's like a natural high.

Mathew had indeed improved since the last time they had fought. He had grown far more adept at fighting quick foes and flying targets. He had become far tougher and far faster, plus he has lost none of his potency. There was little he could do to stop Leon's thighs from closing around his head bringing him to the ground, and before he could react he felt Leon's fist go colliding in to his face hitting his nose. If Mathew was anyone else his nose would have been broken from such a blow. But because he is who he is he only had a small trickle of blood drip from his right nostril.
He would flash Leon a grin as he moved his lower body upwards suddenly to lock Leon's head between his legs and pull back to knock Leon off of him. That would give him enough time to get up out of this position and back in the fight.
