Just thought I would let everyone know that RPs on 552 but hasn't heard yet, the admin account got hacked apparently and 552 got wiped. All threads and everything but accounts lost.

Poor 552, but that's what you get when the centerpiece of your community is OOC conflict...
Can't say I'm that sorry. But maybe now 552 can get a fresh start and fix some of it's past problems.

Dunno I am gonna be honest. I laughed... a lot. But, it does suck because a lot of hard work was lost. A lot of bios for a lot of people. All of the Art and Lit. Everything is gone. And I know I lost stuff I still reference. So for that I do think it is a shame. But I do hope that they can take it as an opportunity to get a fresh start at least.

I'm kind of pissed of what happened at 552. I may not be active there, but it was always fun to go back and read old threads.
Edit: Sigh. But what can you do? Eh... Nothing. 'Course they can probably start over, but nothing can make up for the 3-4 years of history on that board. And I'd seriously be pissed if someone did that to 259. |

You do know there were several wipes in the past right? That the board is actually about 6 almost 7 years old?

And actually, its after about 3. The first wipe happened and was blamed on a "school fire" although I wont go into specifics about what happened. The next was due to "board clean-up" only bio's were saved. The third, I cant remember what it was all about but there was alot of drama concerning it, alot of bios were lost but we actually had a backup of almost everything that was about 3 or 4 years ago.

Bah, it needed cleaning. To cluttered with shit, though it made me ball when I heard about it lol, I hated what that place became after the the golden age ended (Third birthday) so I laugh! Though usually with a wipe comes rebirth normally, so who knows. Maybe it might go back into a golden age.
(misses the days back in the first months of 552) I hope it rebirths =_=
