A bead of sweat rolled down her temple.
She rounded the corner, back to side-stepping.

Oh what she wouldn't give to--if she was able, while she skirted passed after being shocked, again, she jabbed at his nose as she turned the corner with her back to the inner corner, no stopping. She faced the wall, read it with the flames dancing under and along.

Aryn passes through the wall as it opens, looking to check and see left passage was freed up, by chance, or if it was still a dead end. If it was still a dead end, she took the path that would have been straight for her, the first time she came by here.
Already, from the shocks, her muscles and nerves were starting to become rather sensitive...tweak, tweak, tweak.
