[Kyrie Blaze]

Kiyr tilted her head to the side.

"...I do not quite understand..."

But she was going to! She takes a look at the tree and the ground with her mask. Just to see if she could see anything odd.

[Mr. Kaar]

Kiyrs mask sees nothing when looking at the mountain, but when she sees the tree she understands this is Alphonse true Qi. Wood manipulation. She can see the trail of the roots going into a massive opening at its bottom center, where some great big plant is being fed energy.

[Kyrie Blaze]

Intriguing...

Kyrie relays the information to her two companions and looks for a way down! She continues ignoring the pain in her arm as much as possible, though beads of sweat slowly trail down her temples for the effort.

[Mr. Kaar]

Bhaltair nods and stays where he is while contemplating.

"Kiyr, I can copy the wood manipulation for a short time, but it will heavily weaken me."

[Kyrie Blaze]

Kiyr frowns. Her arm was useless, and having the Blaze ancestor in the same boat..? Not good. The blonde considers her items and anything she could possibly use from them, but the only thing she can think of is the God weapon on her finger.

"How long will it take for you to recover?"

She testingly lifts her hand so the electricity crackles from the ring, deliberating a moment with her hand extended towards the tree.

[Mr. Kaar]

Kiyrs arm would begin to feel... Normal.

"It will take me quite a few hours."

Ceres interjects.

"Kiyr your mask is beginning its healing stages. It will not disengage until your healed."

[Kyrie Blaze]

Kiyr felt a flood of relief and intense gratitude for the work her mask was doing. Agony used to ripple along her arm, and now it was feeling more like the worst case of her arm falling asleep, yet.

She slowly looked to the ancestor with her and gave him a grateful smile as she flexed her hand, lowering her good one with the ring.

"Okay. Be careful." She looked to Einrik. "Dampen his qi as soon as you can."

[Mr. Kaar]

Bhaltair would nod as he uncovered the Eden Eye obsorbing the energy from the plant and copying the style....

"I understand now."

Bhaltair would walk over to the tree and place a hand to it. It would creek as it spiraled and unraveled itself like a flower and opening to a shaped wooden tunnel into the mountain.

"The reason there are no entrances and exits is because this wood system of plants covers them all. As only plants can find them all. They are obsorbing energy through some sort of photosynthesis and sending every ounce of that power to a large mansion sized flower... I don't know why. However if he set this up hundreds of years ago, there is no telling how much power is stored in that flower."

[Kyrie Blaze]

Kyrie frowns and tries to process this information quickly.

"How long are you able to use this qi? Can you manipulate it to redirect some of the energy to you, be it from this tree or the mansion itself?"

She sticks her hands in her pockets to pull a small bottle and a bit of metalwork with a green gem. The item she pins to Einrik's waistband of his pants and then she quickly sprays his skin.

"It may be that this will severely amplify his power, so I will go first. Otherwise you can dampen his power more effectively, now. And if he does not have his chains, you should be able to shut him down completely."

Bhaltair inspects the tree and wood entrance.

"I will be able to use this ability for many hours... It looks like the energy can only be directed from the flower."

[Kyrie Blaze]

"See what you can do once we get there. At the very least try to stop it from going to Alphonse, if that is what he is using it for."

Kiyr steps cautiously into the tunnel, followed by Einrik. They start walking in.

[Mr. Kaar]

They find their way down rather easily. The cave is completely covered in a layer of wood. It opens ahead into a large opening where Alphonse is on his knees with all of his chains wrapped around certain parts of a very large plant. A flower at the top has bloomed and covers most of the ceiling.

Bhaltair moves to try and halt the energy flow or redirect it.

[Kyrie Blaze]

Before they reached the entrance, Kiyr disappeared into Einrik's shadow, spreading it across the floor to snap into Alphonse's. And from there she would strike, emerging from the shadows to try and hamstring him at the very least.

If it didn't work, Alphonse would still be in pain, for wrapped around the blade was a crackle of lightning, from her very handy ring. (+10 CHA on top of the mask value)

Einrik, as soon as he saw Alphonse, would try to dampen his qi, giving the Blaze ancestor as much of a leg up on the Barrial ancestor as he could!

[Mr. Kaar]

Bhaltair is able to interrupt the flow which alerts Alphonse. He looks in time to see the Titan however his power was dampened before he became a phase shifts in time for the strike. However the electric energy still hit and hurt him while Kiyr's physical attack went straight through.


He backs up some and summons his remaining three chains from being weakened. He positions them between himself and his three attackers. Kiyr would notice even though he wasn't physical he still cast a shadow.

[Kyrie Blaze]

He still casts a shadow..?

Kiyr's eyes narrow and she drives the electric sword into his shadow, specifically--her own chains would serve as protection against his remaining ones! Now that she wasn't blackening the floor, and because his form here was incorporeal, she figured perhaps he was manipulating it from within the shadow itself.


Einrik continues holding him, moving closer at a walk, but not getting too close.
