Rhona would not be far behind David and it seemed they were certainly distracted. Rhona would be well and good to only attack the ones that approached. She'd dodge tails and claws she'd snap some legs or whatever she had to do. She assumed finding survivors would be a top priority.

He'd push his thoughts into the crystal as he continued to follow its pull full speed ahead!

"Won't the leader have an army with it?"

He assumed it would be very well protected, and going off alone would be very risky.

Blakes stabbing move would pierce the armor easily digging it into whatever flesh was under that carapace of armor. However a laser from the side would strike him in the back! 30 dmg

Rhona would snap a leg and warrant a scorpion turning quickly and stabbing a tail at her! 30 dmg

As John and Rhona rushed the building, they'd find two more scorpions erupting out of the ground behind them. David, engaging five more a ways in front of them, would be of no help.

One would swipe at Rhona, while the other fired a laser at John!

[Dominick King]

Upon discovering the children, he'd put on a brave face, flashing a warm smile. "Everything's gonna be fine. We have some strong people here to keep us safe!" He'd hold out a hand and gesture for them to follow him as he attempted to lead them out the building.

[Bailey Oleander]

Oh no. Oh no. Between a rock and a hard place, Bailey throws up a web of glowing energy to act as a sheild wall between her and the scorpions to lessen the damage and scrambles out of the jeep.

Emily rushed in, cutting off the tail of the one who shot at Blakes back. Using her left hand she'd try and push it's body up and jam her blade into it's belly to gut it like a fish!

She'd then roll to the right to avoid strikes from other scorpions.

Sure enough Eric's following the crystal would bring him to some sort of huge sink hole with caves and the like where a much larger red scorpion would be with many of the regular car sized scorpions around it.

Allen was also right, cause... Guarded well.

[Blake Oleander]

He hissed in pain as the laser burned into his flesh. Even as it started to regenerate.

"Come on Bailey! Keep pushing!"

He'd pull the blade out and keep moving forward, he'd leave the remaining ambushers for the clean up crew.

She'd listen and head after him she'd go again and see if she could pinpoint exactly if the leader might be present. She'd dodge and bolt out of quick moves. She was fast enough it seemed and with her Qi she was able to see them coming. She keeps up with her partner just fine. The man was headed to one goal, to cut off the head so to say.

"That is likely. My hope is you two can cover me while I deal with the big one."

And sure enough there it was, surrounded by many of it's kin. He'd click his tongue and nod to himself to steel his nerves. Time to do this. Slowly drawing his blade he'd advance toward the big scorpion with blade drawn.

"Low Tribe Scorpion King. You trespass on lands that do not belong to you. Call off your attack now or deal with me."

Emily saves Blake from the laser blast and guts one of the scorpions narrowly missing a stab herself! However two laser blasts would cut across at her! 30 Dmg

Bailey would loosen the blow from the lasers!

Krane would enter the building behind Dominick who now had a crew of about six children following him.

"Good work. I'll create a distraction, make it to the jeeps."

Krane would then exit and make a field of ice that would then crush two scorpions getting attention on him!

Emily screamed, arm in shadow as she'd punch the ground, attempting to explode boulders up around her for defense from those blasts.

If it worked, she'd leap onto the body of the other scorpion and jump forward to land next to Blake, a bead of sweat on her brow.
