"I see." Tina's eyes narrow as she relishes in having a couple extra batteries for...things.
"Does anyone really deal with them? The sprites and stuff?" Since they apparently made it all the way to 259.

He furrowed his brow.
"I'm not sure. To be honest, I know very little about them. They were formed after the first great war but....I was under the impression they were a reclusive group of beings..."
He shrugged.
"Seems someone got them to come out on the side of 74."

"Iiiiiiinteresting." Somehow, Tina managed to make an old school detective voice with the word. All she was missing was a hat and bubble pipe.

He chuckled to himself.
Finally they rounded a corner to see the exit. The sun was starting to set, so as they emerged David would frown.
"I need a bath. Come on, lets head back. We'll send the mechanics squad out to clear and repair the damage."

"Yeah, red's not really your color." Tina agreed. The teen skipped along ahead of David towards the exit, peering out into the opening and the world beyond to see if anything was waiting for them.

They'd make it back in peace, David letting Tina head off to do what she would as he made his way toward the showers.
