Tina, having followed David into the mountains, would find the Dragon somewhat silent company despite her peppy attitude. Leyak grumbled inside her, something about "Self righteous, know it all Dragon meanies-" but otherwise didn't address anything that had happened before. As they moved further inside, mountainous walls on either side.
"The Wild cats and various other creatures usually stay on the other side of our fence. Sometimes, they dig deep, and find weak points to scurry though. We've got to kill them and their cubs. Lower the population on this side."
He glanced down at her.
"Leave the big ones to me. You take the ones that try to flank around me."
This should be an interesting test for his exploding friend.

Tina was content as she was for the moment, Leyak's grumbling making up for David's lack of commentary. She looked around as they went further into the mountains, territory she had seen in the distance but never breached until now. It was very different from what she was used to. "Kay." She'd nod at the instructions she was given, willing to go along for now. _____________ Charging Nightsaber: 1/27 Crystal Charge: 1/3

As they moved deeper, Leyak's words became a little softer, then she could almost feel him sniffing. "Mmm....beasties..." As they came over a small crest, three monstrous wild cats stepped appeared over the hills above them, looking down as though expecting a feast. David looked up at the them, drawing his sword as two smaller wild cats came around the corner in front of them. These were about the size of a normal cougar. Still large, but definitely not a full grown monster. "Kill the cubs. I'll take the ones above." Feet lifting off the ground, David flew up as wind and lightning blasted up around him. The two cats leapt forward, one intent to bite Tina in the leg while the other took to the air, intent to come down from above for her throat! Parent Wild cats: All stats 100

Tina's footsteps go quieter than normal as Leyak mentions the animals he can smell, slowing just long enough to pick up a rock bigger than her fist. Better to have something in hand now than later. The wild cats in question were large, especially compared to the tiny teen, but she nodded at the instruction and turned her attention to the cubs that were staring her down like fresh meat. Small explosions erupt from under her feet while David flew overhead, intending to outpace the cats as well as scare them with the explosions as she darted to the side, nightsaber raised to protect her throat and body! The second cub landed on her, knocking the girl to the ground as she slams the rock into kittys' face! Ability #2: Tina can make her footsteps EXPLODE! BANG! Speed increase by 1/2 her energy as she HARNESSES THE POWER OF EXPLOSIONS TO MOVE AROUND!
Tina's Bloodline!: Tina is capable of adding Radiation to her explosions. She can make clean or full on fallout blizzard scales of radiation. Clean radiations adds +25 to damage calculations of her bombs. Nuclear Fallout causes 1/2 her energy in damage to anyone in the area of 20 ft of the explosion for four posts.

Tina's explosions caused the first cat to hiss and stumble back. Her rocksplosion blew a gaping hole in the mouth and jaw of the second cat, who howled and rolled off her, claws pawing at it's own mouth. The first cat snarled- then opened it's mouth. FIRE erupted out, bursting toward her to toast the tiny teen where she stood!

WHAT WAS WITH EVERYTHING SPITTING FIRE AT HER LATELY?! Tina would duck and roll to dodge the fire, hissing as she felt flesh burn and smelled it sizzle, then spring at the cat like the wild child that she is with her nightsaber in hand, attacking the fire breathing creature as explosions continue to rock the cavern as she runs, along with a fiery red glow! Ability #2: Tina can make her footsteps EXPLODE! BANG! Speed increase by 1/2 her energy as she HARNESSES THE POWER OF EXPLOSIONS TO MOVE AROUND!
Boom Boom Night Saber (+4 Eng): Tina can charge this boom boom saber with her Qi, giving it a supercharged Bam! For every post that Tina doesn't make something go boom, she can charge the nightsaber with her Qi. Add +1 charge counter to the nightsaber up to a maximum of her energy. If striking with intent to make boom boom stick go bam, she can stack the energy stored on top of the damage dealt from the explosion. On top of that, it's now color coded like a lightsaber, turning weapon contact damage to energy damage! The activation lasts for four posts.

The cat back pedaled quickly, spitting several fireballs at her to try and get her to stop! One hit her flush in the chest, but would bounce off and smash into the wall, David's shield protecting her. Her boomstick hit it in the side, causing it to boom and roll right, it's flesh bubbling as it howled! Ability 1: Armor of the Sky - David is able to use his abilities to create a surface-like vacuum of air that can block a single blow for up to energy per thread. David may also use this ability to instead create a suit of armor around an ally rather than himself, blocking a blow they are about to take.

A grin and a sneaky laugh echoed through the bottom of the cavern as Tina went from being barbecued to toting a suit of elemental armor for a moment. The explosion against the wall meant she could press the attack on the kitty that DARED to throw fire at her, aiming the next strike for its head while she was close! It's head blew open like a watermelon and it fell back, dead. (+1 exp).
The second turned and ran, whining, back into the cavern at the bottom of the hill they had started cresting over. David hadn't returned yet- did she wait? Or continue into the cavern to put that kitten down?

Kind of both? Tina picks up the nearest rock, charges it, and hurls it at the fleeing cub first! Tina's Bloodline!: Tina is capable of adding Radiation to her explosions. With a boom, the kitty tumbles into the cavern, yapping and whining the whole way. David would land next to her, flecks of blood on his shirt. Other than that, he seemed uninjured. (Take another +1 exp)
"Well done. Come."
He'd start for the cavern, bloody sword still held in his other hand. They'd start down inside, and as they did so a glowing string of lights lit up on the walls.
"These caverns usually head down to our generators....so try not to blow one up."

That meant she'd have to get creative. Tina would whoop at her victory, then shrug at the command, following David out of curiosity now. Thankfully, she hadn't blown the cave opening down.
"Usually?"

"Sometimes they lead to monster nests."
David started down inside, the lights barely showing them the way. As they moved ten or fifteen feet inside, all sounds from the outside were shut out as David put an air barrier in front of the entrance to make sure nobody would escape.
"Hopefully you're not afraid of the dark."
Leyak giggled at Davids words, but said nothing else otherwise. As they moved deeper into the cave, the smell of rotting flesh wafted up.
"Mm....seems we might have the latter. Strange, usually lights don't pave the way to monster hideaways..."
They'd walk for about a mile before coming out into a larger cavern, which was pitch black. They heard scuttling beyond, in the shadows....
David scowls.
"Scorpions..."

Tina looked behind her at the sudden silence, cocking her head to one side.
"You got another way out?" That or he was expecting something else. Her eyes narrowed, but she continued to follow as she heard Leyak's laughter.
"Of course I'm not!" She stuck her tongue out at David's back. Her nostrils flared at the smell of decaying flesh, but she didn't comment on it. She'd seeen and smelled worse. The scuttling came from somewhere beyond.
"Maybe they broke through somewhere inside?" she asked quietly as she squinted into the pitch black. She'd never dealt with scorpions before.

"Nope. But we won't need it. Everything in here is going to die."
He reached up, pulling lights out of the wall. They were stones that were glowing, which allowed him to throw the stone into the cavern, then use the wind to cause it to explode, spreading light dust all over and casting rays all over. It was then they'd see six or seven giant scorpions hissing, tails pointing at them.
"Well. This is a problem. There are far more of them than there should be."
