Stevie had so many thoughts racing around her mind what with the dream about the day Kranes family showed up. It was a dream from long ago. One that she had pushed far from her mind. With everything else going on, she was shocked to wake up from the memory. She was pretty sure it was being thrown through the ice again that woke her. That ice was the worst. Stevie shivered even though she was warm under her blankets. She threw off her blankets and went to shower. She didn’t have anything planned for today. No classes or anything else, so why the hell not find out what she could.

After drying off, Stevie took a deep breath and picked up her phone. It was still early. 6:37 am. Classes didn’t start for another two hours. Maybe she could find someone to talk with. Timers were that Krane had been blown into nothing. Literally. There wasn’t anything left. Gross. Not that that bothered Stevie. Other rumors whispered that a Melanie Ross had completely lost it. Stevie rolled her eyes as she walked out of her room and locked her door behind her. She was so happy to have a Pillar that knew how to handle stress.

“Silly little city girl. Didn’t know what she was gettin into.”

Stevie mumbled as she walked down the hallway.

As she strolled, from around the corner walked a man in golden armor. Stevie ran right into him, but she'd be the one stumbling backward as he didn't seem to move. He blinked a few times.

"I'm sorry, Miss. I didn't see you. Are you alright?"

He'd offer her a hand up if she fell, otherwise, would turn toward her with hands on his hips.

Stevie stumbled. Dam it. She opened her mouth to shout angry things at the person but stopped when she saw his armor. Her first reaction was crouching into a defensive stance. The last time she saw someone here with that kind of armor, besides Krane, was not a good person. But then he spoke. He seemed honestly worried. Stevie’s posture relaxed into a neutral stance.

“Oh uhm. Yeah no. It’s cool. Not to be weird, but who are you? Last time I saw people in that kind of armor, well they weren’t here to look at the scenery.”

She’d shake her head. He was kind of cute, in a tall, muscular, rustic kind of way. 

“Sorry. I ran into you. I should be apologizing. I’m Stevie. Welcome to Cabal?”

[Baldur Odinson]

"It's all good. My people have led a path of war across all territories, I would not expect a warm welcome."

He clasped her hand full, shaking firm.

"Baldur Odinson, God of Light and the Summer Sun. It's a pleasure miss. Now tell me, where is the bowl rooms in which you piss? I have had a terribly full bladder since I left Olympus and it must be drained."

He looked around, trying to find himself somewhere to urinate!

Stevie grinned. She had to [almost forcefully] stop her self from exclaiming ‘THINE PRIVIES DO LIE YONDER PAST YE GATES MY LOOOORD!!!!’

“The bowl of piss are just beyond this corner here.”

She’d lead the way. Stevie had to try really hard not to burst into giggles. This guy was amazing! Almost as bad as Krane was. Ha! Replaced. Melanie might like this one too. Slut.

“So you’re from Olympus. That’s pretty cool. Funnily enough, I have questions about Olympus. Maybe after you empty your bladder I can probe your brain?”

Two more meters and there they were.

“Your piss bowl awaits.”

[Baldur Odinson]

"Yes, of course! Come, follow me."

He'd start into the bathroom, walking up to the urinal and undoing his leather strap. As he got himself into position and starting pissing, he'd look over his shoulder.

"Ask away!"

Stevie did not stop her giggle this time.

“Dude. Sorry. Not in a huge hurry to see your erm. God hood down there. I’ll wait.”

[Baldur Odinson]

He looked down at her glance.

"Usually I move around mostly naked anyway, so hurry or no, it's bound to happen some day."

He winked and, after finishing his deal and washing his hands, would step back out.

"Ah, very refreshing. Go on then."

[Stevie-Rae]

Stevie, still grinning, shook her head.

“No, you are refreshing. Everyone here is SO serious. It’s nice to see that even when stuff is getting bad, people are still light hearted. Thank you, Balder.”

She’d reach up and pat his muscles arm.

[Baldur Odinson]

His arm was hard, but he appreciated the pat and proceeded to flex mightily.

"Tis what I'm here for. Baldur always delivers the light."

Now that she got a better look....he did seem to glow, if softly. And the arm she touched felt incredibly warm, like a heating pad.

[Stevie-Rae]

Stevie looked up at him and had to shake her head again. If memory serves right, this guy was charming. AF. Nope. She saved herself. Kind of. Maybe. Well.... Perhaps....

“I uhm....”

she paused her hand still on his arm which was very warm now. Not bad warm. It was nice.

“Olympus. Right.” She removed her arm. “Uhm. How did you become a god or were you born that gorgeous.” Shit. She actually said that. Oops. She blushed.

[Baldur Odinson]

"Good Genes. I mean, I don't have to tell you. you know."

Yeah, he was calling her gorgeous too and thus gave a grin back.

"We Gods have lives so long we claim to have forgotten."

[Stevie-Rae]

Her blush deepened. He was making it hard to keep on track. She briefly wondered how good he looked naked as he mentioned before. She didn’t bother to shake her head this time.

“Thank you. So you have always been Balder Odinson? I mean that’s, pardon the pun, astronomical. Do you not remember if you were born, made, or just became a god? That’s... kind of sad isn’t it? I mean, I know I’m not the first to say I can’t stand my parents, but my family is just that. Family. Don’t you remember yours?”

[Baldur Odinson]

"Not always. I used to lead the Gods, but when Odin came, I was reincarnated as Odinson."

He grinned.

"And I never said I forgot. Just that we tell people that."

He started walking toward the courtyard, gesturing that she should follow.

"Though I disdain it, we have our secrets too. No God has always been. Everything had a beginning."

[Stevie-Rae]

Stevie trained behind him, not oblivious to the effects his grin had in her.

“So, you aren’t allowed to talk about it. I get that, I guess. Secrets are there for a reason.”
