"Hmmm, I see some improvement. But you still need more practice to get comfortable with the motions. You're still uncomfortable with the walk mentally, which shows in the way you move physically. Clear your mind and your body will respond."

He would pause a moment to let his words sink in.

"Next."

He would pull out a napkin full of Utensils and place them on the table.

Was she that obvious? It made sense, but she liked to think she was better than that when it came to masking discomfort. It really didn't matter in the end. Either way, she was still expected to fulfill her duty and meet expectations.

"Understood." She would make her way to the table, looking over them for a moment before slowly laying them out in the appropriate order. That one, at least, was one she could work out quickly. Wearing what smelled like rank meat made her nose wrinkle slightly as she did it. For a moment, she had the knives mixed up, but before letting her finger lift from the salad knife, she switched it in its proper place with the meat one.

Francisco was so close from ordering another platter of meat and salad to throw on her when she finally fixed her mistake. She will never know just how close she had come to being pelted with more food.

"Good job, had me worried at the end but you accomplished your task. Now, who can you talk to and why?"

Thank god it wasn't a history lesson.

"Essentially? No one." She tilted a finger to one side as if counting with it. "Servants only as needed for preparations or fulfilling their duties to make things presentable, especially if Lord Salabim is going to be present or expected." She already missed the days she could just call him by his name, or use the title and surname with a bit of tongue in cheek. Still, she kept going, a second finger joining in.

"Otherwise, not unless spoken to or directed. Formal introductions. Anything where I am instructed to speak or if they speak to me first."

[Sir Galahad]

"Excellent. That part you got rather quickly. That's good, most my pupils argue or get mad at their places. While it is ok to feel those things it is not appropriate to say such things."

He would look over the books he had her reading and grab another off the shelf, specifically placing it at the bottom of her stack.

"For now we may call it a day. I would like for you to continue reading these books and practicing your speech and words. When you have finished all of the books I handed you first, AND understand them... you may read the book I put at the bottom of your pile. Consider it a... reward for doing a good job today."

He would say with a sly smile.

Rozalin actually laughed!

"Oh no, it's ridiculous. Always has been. But I get it." She shrugged, automatically reaching up to fix the books with the same motion. She raised a brow at the mention of the books and his own smile, looking over both the titles and how many books she has.

Especially that one on the bottom.

"How long do I have to read them?" Because there's always a catch.

[Sir Galahad]

Francisco shrugged.

"Until our next lesson, which will be at the behest of the High Chancellor."

He would give another sly grin.

"So, with any luck the good man will give you enough time to read."

With that he would chuckle. The books however would be various books on pronunciation and proper speech patterns and even a few vocal practices and phrases to improve ones speech. One was labeled, "How to love in a world of mages without any power" the last book however, was, "Insults, and come backs for the proper Lord and Lady."

Cheeky bastard. She could almost learn to like him. Her brows higher still at the book for lovers, shooting him a wary glance and already expecting insults and "don't bother" to be there at the beginning. It wasn't like she as surprised people would think that of her. But it was the last one that brought a sly grin to her own face.

"Then until next time, Instructor." He hasn't earned sir from her yet, but she hasn't completely ditched the idea of staying or lessons. Even if he had found the best carrot for the stick.

With that Francisco would bow his head and proceed back from whence he came. She could still hear him correcting people in the hallway as he left, and from the sounds of it, a couple people earned a whip or two from his wand.
