Where does this even end? (Cara/Cillian/OPEN)

Cillian would turn his focus on the bush that was shaking, his grip on the hilt of his sword tightening.

"The bushes. Something else is here as well."

[Cara Dunn]

Couldn't hurt.

"Thank you. Do you know of any secrets in the--" Cara's question cut off at Cillian's warning, glancing over her shoulder, then back to the lizard to see if it seems threatened or interested.

Then she raised her bow and turned so her back wasn't to either of them!

"Probably interested in the water."

Kaia would glance to the bushes as well, her fists tightening in case she had to punch whatever it was.

The creature would spin it's head around, it's body moving to follow, it's eyes became slits and it's frills extended vibrating somewhat as it hissed. This was definitely not a friendly encounter, as the opposing creature approached hissing and gnashing its teeth threateningly, sparks of blue electricity jumping between it's frills and spines.

Cillian would move between the group and the incoming monster, blade once more is drawn. He could tell aggressive behavior when he saw it.

"If you can understand me as well, then leave. This is not a fight you want."

Invisible smoke poured out from Cillian's pores, mirrored images of him with his sword ready, spreading out from him.

0 level: Smoke and Mirrors - The Amazing Ardan creates an almost invisible fog in a twenty-foot radius around him that allows him to create and manipulate images of anything within that radius. Such images are visual only and have no physical presence but can be used to make duplicates of things within the radius, make things vanish, or even to make images appear to move on their own. These illusions register as genuine to Qi sensory techniques and machines.

Yeeeeah, Cara can handle one massive, peaceful qi beast, but two hostile ones were an entirely different matter. She frowned, bow raised at the incoming monster as sparks flew.

"Like he said, you should leave." She'd advise the blue creature as the one behind her hissed and hovered. That level of reaction told her all she needed to know about this one. This one felt like it was looking for a fight. Given there were now several version of Cillian on the field, she wasn't the only one.

Time to see what this training was going to be all about!

Part of her kinda wanted to see some "kaiju battle", but, she'd already seen a fight today. It was time to get her hands dirty.

The sparks coming from the other creature was a little bit concerning. She didn't want to risk direct contact with it, so she'd have a look around her surroundings for a possible weapon. A sturdy, pointy stick maybe.

"Yeah, shoo, or whatever."

Don't shoo. Let's brawl.

The blue creature would hiss and electricity would shoot from it's til to it's head before arcing along the ground from it's mouth towards a couple of the Cillian smoke clones!

[Cillian McWolfe]

The smoke clones hit would vanish like the smoke they were. Cillian, however, was charging the Beast with blade drawn. If the monster wanted a fight, he would accept the challenge. He would not allow harm to come to the ladies he was protecting.

YESSSS.

Kaia would grab the sturdiest stick she could find, snapping it a bit if the tip wasn't as pointy and dangerous as she wanted.

After powering herself up, she'd try to run around the creature while Cillian was facing it to find a nice soft area to throw her stick into...

The butthole.

Well that was...something. Cara would worry about the target choice later. For now, she fired an arrow at the blue creature's face,, hopefully one of its eyes!

"Alright then.  You asked for it."

The training ground its self seemed to react to this new encounter as the winds shifted, more of the blue lizards began arriving through the bush and the artificial sky seemed to darken with clouds. They hissed and electricity sparked, right as the creature was going to retaliate against Cillian an arrow struck it in the eye!

Kaia would find her path obstructed by a large spined tail thrashing down in front of her from one of the new blue lizard creatures!

The white lizard emerged completely from the water as blue creatures surfaced in the water as well.

"You blue-balling fucking-!"

Wait there's like a hundred of them now.

Kaia steps back a bit, looking around at all the places they're all spawning. The water too, apparently.

"Jesus Christ there's lizards everywhere!" Kaia would spit in annoyance, trying to see if the electricity covered those bastards completely, or if there were certain spots that might not be as hazardous.

"Don't succumb to tunnel vision."

Cillian warned as he let his smoke images vanish and instead fired the smoke around him in all directions to try and burn the hostile blue lizards within range while he swung his blade for the primary one.

0 Level - Smoke before the fire - Cillian can create smoke in an area twenty feet around him, heated from the flames of war. This smoke burns those he deems an enemy like fire adding his energy to his attack stat.

With the big guy down an eye and momentarily distracted, it left time for Cara to each for another arrow and frown intently as a sea of little blue lizards seemed to appear out of nowhere, electricity crackling in the air.

"Son of a - you've got to be kidding me." Inhaling sharply, the archer backed away from the edge of the water, giving up the arrow to instead grab the pipe that hung with the pouches at her waist and inhale, blowing the smoke at the small lizards closest to her as long as they weren't in range of the white lizard that hovered from above the water. One arrow at a time wasn't going to cut it.

The user can also blow the smoke out to lower the Qi uses of those caught in the cloud cone by -3. Debuff requires skin contact. Tina may alternate between regenerating her qi or lowering another, but combined total is 4 posts per thread.
