[Donovan]

"SHIT!"

Donovan would exclaim as he deactivated the visor. He was seeing black spots.

"I was trying to scan the building hopefully get a lay of the land once we got inside, instead my visual sensors were overloaded and now my eyes feel like I just stared at the sun. Fuck."

He would say, his voice sounding a bit mechanical through the helmet's speakers.

"No point in hanging around here, lets join the others."

He would say already walking to the group heading for the main entrance.

Thorn carefully moves the more obviously dangerous bear traps out of the way before he heads towards the barricade to start pulling pieces off.

He does this at a calm, unhurried pace, ensuring he doesn't accidentally stumble upon a third level of security.

[Stigma Wyatt]

Stigma would quickly dodge the bolt by rolling past it! She pushes herself back onto her feet immediately to pounce forward and thrust her Dragon Scaled Blade into the guard!

[Joy]

Joy's not really about that life. Snarling, she pivoted to the side, slamming her heel into the man's side as he swung the axe at her, her claws hardening and arm twisting as it snapped and extended as she followed up with a punch to his head!

"Gout out of my way."

[Soni Vox]

Soni jumped at his sudden outburst. After his explanation though she just felt bad. But before she could try to help he lead the way to the front door group, which she mustered up the courage to follow.

Soni nodded and jogged up to the group and threw a sonic blast at the nearest guard available!

Sonic Blast: A directed blast of dense sound, typically beginning from a single point then growing outward quickly to create a funnel shape, though doesn't grow anymore than the size of your typical torso. 100% Eng in DMG.]

[Cynic]

Cynic didn't notice the portal in time opening up behind him and gets stabbed! Hopefully the Mando Armor he is wearing under his clothes eats up any penetration damage he would of taken, rolling with the thrust to spin around and thrust his own spear towards the portal shooting some poison energy off it's tip towards his attacker!

Poison Slash: Cynic condenses the poison energy within his body and coat it around something he is holding or himself. When attacking the poison energy seeps off him like a whip doing Cynic's energy in damage, and half the total in poison damage for three following posts leaving a poison energy mark.

[Lucifer]

There doesn't seem to be a third level of security on the door but he can hear movement from inside, and muffled voices! He has succeeded in unbarricading the door, however!

Soni, Joy, and Stigma rip through those guards but one is blocking the doorway with a huge shield that seems to be vibrating, and they can see two spear tips over his shoulders as two guards behind him stand ready to stab the next one to get close to them.

"Hold the line boys."

Cynic is able to stab the guy! The portal starts to close but he might be able to jump in if he is quick! But there is no telling what would happen if he only makes it part of the way through! (Roll a D20 + speed. Target number 40)

Donovan joins the girls at the front line of the fight!

[Donovan]

Donovan would cut his arm letting the blood flow as he began to be surrounded by the black smoke, then he would step forward and knife hand jab the sheild in an attempt to price through the thing, if successful he would try to wrench it off of the man holding it!

Before Thorn can protest, he finds himself kicking the door as hard as he can, looking to knock it into the muffled voices on the other side!

With Donovan on the offensive, Stigma would try to aid him with a boost to his power!

With the kid running at the guard with the sheild, Joy would grab one of the nearby sandbags with her monster arm, instead! She dug into the bag with her claws, creating small holes without tearing through most of the fabric and hurled it overhead at the guards that stood in their way!

Or at the top of the shield if they were in the doorway. Either way, it's time for a sand bag bomb.

[Soni Vox]

As the sandbag went flying, Soni shot it with a blast that matched the frequency of the bag midair so that it would explode (wouldn't want it to just plop on the ground now). Afterwards, she would stand at the ready!

If Donovan was unsuccessful: Soni would shout "This is my thing!" And then shout a long blast at the shield, matching its frequency so that the vibrating would be so intense that it would either break or be unholdable.

If Donovan was successful: Soni would launch a powerful sonic blast at whoever was behind that shield!

Cynic would open his PT and call in for mortar fire on their position as he himself got back up fully and began approaching the enemy again.

Joy throws the sandbag into the air which Soni blows up showering the crew outside with sand! (-20 perception for the post for Joy, Stigma, Soni, and Donovan)

Donovan having trouble seeing with the sane and the blindness from the energy before is unable to get a solid hit on the shield, and just feels it starting to vibrate more while the two spearmen behind the shield in the room stab outwards at Donovan. (Roll a d20 + Perception > 30 to avoid the spears)

Soni's blast hits the shield causing it to vibrate further, but rather than falling out of the guards hand it fires a sonic blast back at the group. (Attack 60)

Cynic calls the FoB!

Thorne kicks open the door where he sees a few guards with weapons ready facing the main door with what looks like a commander behind them and close to Thorne! The sound of the door being kicked open surprises them as they whip around to see what is happening giving Thorne a chance to strike first!

[Donovan]

Donovan, now with zero perception takes a spear and then gets launched by a sonic blast sending him into who or whatever was behind him.
