"This is why Ranking systems are bogus. You've got great talent with unseen potential. But you are put down because by the standard ranking systems put in place you are looked over, and as you stated, not even worth mentioning. And that is foolish. Melody, you do realize that with a power like yours if you trained it and grew it, you could potentially end the Blight single-handedly?"

"Then you are putting yourself down. Trust me. I learned the hard way that the biggest thing that can hold you down in you self perceived notions of unimportance. I withstood years of abuse from a mother that never loved me, because I believed that was all I was worth. It wasn't and insult. It wasn't degrading. It was just how I perceived things to be. You are in the same boat, and because of that you are limiting yourself without even realizing it."

"Half of being strong. Is believing that you can be more that what you are. But you have accepted that you are just D Rank, and are ok with that. If you want to be strong, truly strong, then you have to look at how much power you have, and tell yourself that it isn't enough. Then force yourself to get stronger."

Drake thought about it.
"Training, Fighting, pushing ourselves past our limits and digging deeper into ourselves. I guess, we just naturally get stronger as when we typically get into a fight it is for our very lives."
