"Can't say I do, either." Cara chuckled, glancing at Rhona. "I hunt, myself." A reminder of her last encouter with the other blonde.

Detritus just stared at Daniel.

"I am a warrior. Not a witch or soothsayer. If you wish to discover how your ignorance will get you killed you should seek one out. You are a fool to waste your time asking pointless questions to those that can not answer."

[Novocaine]

"Yeah, Daniel. Stop being dumb." Nova would snort, giving him a nudge.

[Gunslinger]

Daniel just immediately quickdraws his gun and fires at the bird man's chest!

At the sound of the gun shot Rhona saw Gunslingers smoking arm and she reacted with instinct to bring a hard and skillful kick to his hand to knock the gun from his wrists.

"Have you lost your mind?!" She exclaimed... Maybe louder than she wanted to but her ear drums might have taken a slight shock.

Cara stood up at the sound of the gunshot going off again, frowning and shaking her head, setting her arrows aside.

"Hey, hotshot! Keep your little thing where it belongs. It might scare people away." She pointed once at Daniel like she would scold him, but then turned her attention to Nova. Thankfully one of them seemed to have their head on their shoulders, though the farm girl didn't seemed too worried for the well being of the boy in the mask.

"So the campus also has a protective measure. It prevents fatal damage to those here, so it's not likely to kill someone or make them bleed. Unless you want to beat them senseless or something."

[Detritus]

Detritus takes the hit and goes down hard. Breaking the Crows mask. Revealing his striking Violet eyes and the fact he had an actual gas mask under the bird mask. He lay there for a moment his hand on his chest but otherwise no movement. Then he would stand up slowly.

"My orders are to 'mingle' with the students here. It is for that reason I take my leave. There is no reason to stay here and 'mingle' with the likes of someone that is so dishonorable as to fire upon an unarmed opponent in place of teaching and not battling."

Detritus would dust himself off.

"You say you are from a different land, and that you were sent here? It is of no wonder. We prefer to kill those that are a disgrace to our home. But apparently your home is still to weak to kill so they stick with banishment."

He shook his head.

"Good day. To you all, I recommend you leave the dishonorable one as well, less he should try to shoot you when your back is turned as well."

With that Detritus would leave.

At the sound of a gunshot, Nova would sigh through her nose as her body became covered in diamond and she stepped in to block Rhona's kick. Even if it was just a move to disarm, it was best to make sure they weren't put at a disadvantage at any point.

Shoving Rhona's leg away with her arm, she let the others give Daniel a piece of their mind, chuckling a bit at the very expected reactions.

"Well. Sounds like you could take mingling lessons." Nova would remark about Daniel, letting pretty-eyes leave since. Well he was just shot.

"I see now what you mean about the protective measure, though..."

Daniel's second gun whips upwards, aiming at Rhona but not firing, as Nova had stepped in.

His eyes travel to Cara, but since she doesn't actually make any further movement, he slowly relaxes, holstering both guns again.

At the bird man's warning, Daniel gives a dismissive snort.

"My mistake. You're not even third rate. You should rename your territory Garbage instead of Dirt."

He glances at Nova.

"I don't like people like that. It's not my fault."

[Rhona Hall]

Rhona was halted by Nova and what an incredible halt it was. The blond felt the impact shoot throughout her body as Nova hardly budged. She was impressed to boot.

She retreated her advance, however, and would be quite disappointed by the way they acted.

"Have some honor and respect for your peers, to open fire without warning is just not how we do things here. It's not battle field and we are not at war." She huffed. After explaining all she had and that Still happened she felt her words were falling on deaf and ignorant ears she started walking away as well.

the sudden flash of light reflecting off of Nova's skin was distracting, enough so that it took Cara off guard for a moment. But whatever issue there was, the scuffle was over and people were parting ways. Hopefully the one from Dirt would be headed to a medic and not try to sleep it off; she wasn't sure if he'd think that an "inferior" territory's weapons were something to ignore.

"Welcome to Cabal." She raised her hands, fingers spread in something like a shrug. "Try not to get kicked out on your first day."

[Novocaine]

"And what a welcome it has been." Nova would just smile, watching the little group trickle away.

"I would never dream of it."

Daniel watches them leave, then sighs.

"This sucks."

Cara laughed at the statements, shaking her head.

"From what I can tell, they told you to come here, not to like it. That one's for you to figure out."

"Hey, there you go Danny. Some nice advice." Nova would grin at him.
