So now that Leon was found he thought it would be a good idea to give his apprentices a chance to talk to all of the remaining Dragons. To be able to ask them questions and direct them to the Dragon of choice. He felt that it was valuable for them to learn and see early on that not all Dragons were like him, but that they were able to move past that and band together under mutual respect. Well, somewhat band together.
They were all independent in what they wanted and how they achieved their goals. And even what their goals were varied between Dragon to Dragon. What kept them from ripping each other apart was a pact of mutual respect and an honor code. Something that he wanted his two apprentices to see and learn about today.
That is why he brought them here, in to the heart of Dragon territory. He had already sent word to both David and Leon about this. And with luck they would be ready and waiting for him inside of the building he suggested. A large building that he wanted to use as a meeting ground in general. It was big, and he had managed to scavenge up some chairs and a table. Though he hadn't delivered those yet. Those would be for political meetings.
This deserved something a bit more, and a bit less. So he had taken the opportunity to create three raised platforms that formed a triangle around an open space. A place for each Dragon to sit over both the young apprentices. Where they could be scrutinized by all three of them.

David sat on the platform, arms hooked around his knees as he waited.
He had received word from Matt that he had taken on two individuals of great talent, testing them both to find the greater, and possibly bring forward a new Dragon. They, the only three left in California and, possibly, the world, would decide if that fate was just. He had never named a Dragon, his pickiness for choosing his brothers rather thick. Of course, he wasnt the one doing the naming. He was simply there today to watch, to answer, to give his own views. He, leon and Matt were very different in who they were, how they did things.
But in this, they were the same. United in a way of living. This, his feelings for Olesya and the desire to bring Barker down were the three most important things to him. Even if he wanted to stop having a title, or a fancy patch, he would always be a Dragon. It was in his blood.
He wondered if either of these two that Matt brought with him had any sense of what that meant.
He supposed he would find out, sooner or later.
Coming to his feet after twenty minutes on his ass, he stretched his legs, folding his arms across his chest as he waited.

Leon had found his motorcycle and brought it to the meeting place. Parking it outside he'd of made his way inside. Seeing Blaze already there he'd give a wave. Wearing his black power suit and helmet under his right arm, he'd flip it up onto one of the platforms and hop up. Taking a seat silently he'd stretch and lay down with his legs hanging off the edge of the platform.
He had the pleasure of knowing his nephew, but the girl he had very little information on, though after their talk the other night, he had his assumptions.
He wondered what kind of questions would be asked, or maybe even what kind of answers would be given. These meetings where always something of a... Spectacle.

When Mathew and his apprentices arrived he would open the door and stride in, making his way to the last platform giving a nod to the other two Dragons as he sat down, legs crossed under him. It was comfortable for him at least. Which is why he didn't make chairs for this.
"Both of you sit in the middle. You are allowed to speak freely and address any of us with whatever questions you want. Today I want to show you how different each Dragon is, and that despite those very large differences, we are still bound together by our honor code and respect."
He motioned for his apprentices to sit in the clearing in the middle of the platforms.

Rai nodded at Matthews words and walked into the middle, he knew his uncle Leon, the lightning dragon, and of course his new master the Earth dragon, and he had heard of but never met David Blaze, the Storm dragon. He would look at all three before taking a seat in the middle of this circle gathering switching looks from one dragon to the next assessing to the best of his extent their character.

David eyed each of them as they entered, arms still folded across his chest.
Male. Sudeki.
The female he had never heard of, but she must be something, if she grabbed Mathews attention like that.
He would eye them, weighing their souls in his mind.
Interesting selection, Earth.

When Kiyr strode in on her preferred side, her shoulders were straight, eyes sweeping across the occupants of the room before making a swift but thorough look around the room. Her eyes, naturally wide, were calm, if curious. She still looked young. As Mathew spoke, she looked at the spot he gestured to, and then moved forwards.
A vulnerable position. She took it without complaint, arranging herself into a comfortable position with her hands resting in a gently folded position. Her eyes closed, and when they opened, something shifted. Perhaps she would look more competent, or just older. But something was notably different about her.
She took her time to better look at the three. Out of Mathew, Leon, and David, she had interactions with the former two. The Storm Dragon had his reputation, of course, but who he was was a mystery.
She sat quietly, but she had a certain presence that had yet to be shown in front of Raikotsu. Whether he would notice, sitting there with her, would be up to him to see.
There was one thing to do before she began her formal questioning. Something that, in her eyes, was unerringly important. A question of how to show them respect.
Her gaze slipped to each in turn, but asked the question to the collective flight of Dragons.
"How do you prefer that I address you?"
It was a two-pronged question. Here, and outside. Their answers may be the same for each.

Leon would sit up with a slight groan. Age or maybe how used his muscles were to the action of exhaling when he rose during sit ups. Either way he'd look at the two Apprentice's, addressing the question simply.
"Leon is fine."
He'd wave dismissively at the question.

"Mathew or Earth Dragon is fine here. Once we leave this room you are my apprentices once more and I expect you to resume calling me Sir or Master Amtrum."
He shifted in his seat and just watched the two young ones.

David unfurled his arms, his left going into his pocket, his right reaching up to scratch the back of his head.
"David."
He would then stick his right hand into it's selective pocket as well. They both moved and spoke in almost violently different patterns. It was as though he was the day, and she the night, especially if comparing them.
Two, radically different.
Only one would be worthy.
He wondered if they had any idea what they were in for.

Leon had an overall casualness. Mathew could unbend, but the formality was there. And David...David was precise, and to the point, but not in a curt manner.
She nodded thoughtfully.
"Then this question is for you all, once more. What are your ideals that set you apart from your fellow Dragon?"
Start with some cores, work along with her purpose in mind.

Rai would let Kiyr speak and he would listen and observe. The words of the men he one day wanted to stand among, and hopefully someday Kiyr as well. But until that day came he would listen to what they had to say and take it to heart, and hopefully those words would help him make it to the top.

Mathew would speak first. Taking a moment to think of the ideals that he held to set him apart from the others. Not their mutual beliefs of honor and respect.
"I value power and ambition. One is only worth what they are able to take and hold on their own. I believe that people are inherently followers as a whole, and they desire to have someone strong lead them. Someone take charge."
And in his experiences that was mostly true. He has never had a problem finding people willing to follow him.
"I believe in a harsh justice and brutal honesty. I do not lie. I keep my word no matter what, even if I must lose ground to keep my promise. I value the ability to see and read the world and manipulate it for your own agenda, whatever that may be. It is up to the strong to protect the weak. And the weak to lift up the strong. The helpless however have little to no value. They are spent and offer nothing."

David spoke next, choosing his own words just as carefully.
"I believe in the power of personal strength and honesty, like Mathew, but fundamentally I see the world differently. People are people, with their own desires and lives. I strive to help them in any way I can, and to see to it that those with power and physical capabilities aren't constantly throwing their weight around. If they can throw a punch, I make sure they can take a few as well. To me, the value of all life is immeasurable, and I protect it in any possible way I can. I see this as something that makes you stronger, not weaker."
His voice was strong, and clear.
"That's not to say I do not believe in the idea of strength. Strength through conflict is best for those who wish it, but rather than discard those too weak or helpless to fight for themselves, I see it as the duty of the powerful to watch over them, and protect them. If necessary, to train them, make them strong. We won't last forever, after all."
He shrugged.
"Many see this as drivel, or evidence of spinelessness- even something along pointless sacrifice. Let me assure you, that is not the case."

Leon smiled. It had been years since he was asked a question like this, and he liked it.
"I believe in growth through conflict. Conflict of mind and body. Battle being the only way to truely grow. Power and Strength are two different things. Power is what you know of your enemy and everything else, Strength is the ability to put that knowledge to use."
Leon would say.
"I care little for the every day drama of life, but the heart put into the conflict. I value power of will."
