It was finally the day. Prota, Zekunft, Vindicta, and Cabal all gathered in the training grounds of Cabal at a massive starting line. Prota had 5 teams of 2, Zekunft had 2 teams of 2, and Vindicta had 8 teams of 2. Cabals teams were also told to be present and representing in some way be it in uniform or a patch or even a ribbon. Just something. The four leaders all stood in front of the group on the starting line and over looking the groups. Asiv would step forward.
"Welcome to the Territory Examinations. We have decided to hold three contests to challenge your physical ability, your finesse and technique and your combat attentions. We will be using these evaluations to decide who among you deserve promotions, esteem, and who among our territories is decidedly the victor over all of the exams. Each test will come with it's own issues, complications and dangers. Please practice caution and I will hand it over to the leader of Prota to explain the first challenge."
Asiv would back away and John Strike would step forward. Multiple trainee's from each territory would step to the track and kneel, placing their hands to the ground, large rock walls would erect for pretty much as far as the eye could see.
"The first test will be a race. Whole teams must finish to score. If flying techniques are used, you may not fly above the rock walls. Reach the end by any means beyond that. Approach the starting lines with your squads and get ready for the signal. The signal will be an explosion in the sky."

Krane arrived in Cabal's field uniform stretching and getting ready for the race. It was going to be a team based race style. Since it was just Krane and Melanie for the Command Squad he felt it was a free point. However by any means likely meant the enemy would try to stop them or slow them down... Thats what Krane would focus on.

Melanie was just beside Krane, stretching and preparing. On the inside she was nervous, little beads of sweat protruding on her brow and she focused on the task at hand. Her breathing was short as she looked around. Racing. Ugh.
“You ready?”
She asked Krane, knowing he was. Her voice was only slightly higher than it should have been.

Weither or not it came down to Asiv releasing them or if they escaped, John would show up for the exam. This was the reason he had broke or tried to break Rhona out of the pier anyways. It was time for the first leg as it were. He stood at the starting line just waiting for the go.

Avice was the first amongst her own to arrive she'd not say anything or see much of anyone. It was hard to tell what had happened and she didnt feel right... Or wrong.

Apparently the first among her own squad, Ali was also stretching as she took in those who would be joining. Not only for those on Cabal's teams, but their competition, as well. She already knew better than to assume that she would always be right on which ones would be slower than others, but it was still quite a colorful gathering.

Stevie thought about kicking open the doors, but that was rather impolite. Stevie was NEVER one to be impolite! Still, she quietly opened the door and made her way to Ali.
“Hiya!”
She smiled and started stretched once. She had done this routine earlier as well.

Rising up on her toes, Tina would also look around despite her disadvantage in height as she tried to get a look at the race course as well as her mysterious partners. She was certain she found one, the redheaded guy who looked as ready to start as she was. The teen bounded over to him with half a skip, not blowing anything up yet. For a mercy.
Probably because whatever greeting she had was immediately cut off as she fangirl stared and sighed at the idea of an explosion to kick things off.

Rhona in a pair of shorts aanda sports bra she was about as naturally exposed as she was allowed to be taking up as much needed sun for an event like this. Her wounds were not but fresh scars and her body was rejuvenated. She had been lying here for many look. Hours being one of the first to show up. She took a deep breath before sitting up and gearing up. For a day like this nothing should bring her down.

Oni woke quite late as she stayed up late last night trying to get a bit of strength training in before this. By golly she was sore as fuck!
