She deeply exhaled in some relief and tries to relax.
In a way she decided to take a back seat letting the Blood Dragon get his business in with Barker. Seniority and all.

Rai would happily take a cookie and munch on it, it was surprisingly delicious.
"I will admit Barker, you out did yourself this time."
Finishing the cookie, carefully to leave as few crumbs as possible... Rai would notice the young Oni sitting patiently. Rai concluded she was waiting for her turn to speak. Such a sweet girl, he really did hope Barker wasn't trying to do anything unbecoming with her.
"Anyways, I was actually curious if you could help me out with something."
Rai would pause and look around, then frown.
"Two things, one, do you know where I might be able to find Mathew and my Cousin Spike, and two, where the hell it Mitsoumi...?"

Barker would chuckle and go to clap Raikotsu on the shoulder.
"Glad you like them!"
However it would seem Oni was going to be a patient one today and allow the Blood Dragon to conclude his business, which seemed a good idea. Best keep businesses separate when they can.
"Well I have no idea honestly where Mathew has decided to go into hiding, if I had to guess, far from here as this location has been compromised, but at the same time, close enough it wouldn't take long to get here. As for Spike..."
Barker would tap his temple, motioning towards his eyes.
"Can't you see aura's? Why not go to The Gods and ask to use a throne? Should enhance your sight enough to find Spike."
He'd sigh at the next question.
"Mitsoumi is in Territory 63 picking up something for me."

Rai would nod. That... was a really good idea. As for the other bit... Not even gonna ask.
"Thats fair Mathew is good at being secretive when he wants no one to know anything. Thank you for the suggestion, I should make my way there now. Thank you again for the cookie, and your hospitality, as always, was delightful."
Rai would turn to Oni and bow once again.
"I hope your business here goes well, and I do hope we meet again. Farewell young Oni of Cabal."
With that Rai would nod to Barker and proceed to leave if no one stopped him. He would then be off.

Oni heard about Spike again. But Rai would leave seemingly in a busy hurry.
"Someone else came to me looking for Spike recently... Trinity? She said she found where he was believed to be. Seems popular considering everything." Meeting Spike was when she came across Barker. "Is there something going on with missing Dragons and Sudeki's? Because even Mr. Leon is in some space, er pocket dimention, or something."

Barker would nod.
"Family politics. Trinity is Trinity Sudeki. Spike has been under Prota capture for the last eighteen years and was freed from his position with his family, but his eyes are unique, powerful. Sudeki have a special brand of soldier they train for hunting other Sudeki, specifically to make sure their eyes aren't used against the clan. I'm sure Mathew and Leon reached some agreement about their children and Mathew is simply fulfilling his end of that agreement."

"Geez I cant even get to one Dragon Spawn." she kicked a ball and watched it roll across the floor. "I know where Mathew's daughter is kept but the only options of help I can get are gone with the wind or running territories."

She crossed her arms and looked away. "I am once again quite indesposed for an unknown amount of time... Well, you might know it was your candy recipe."

"Mitsoumi should be capable of it. I also did warn you to eat before taking the pills. I had also expected you to use both nearly the same time. So a miscalculation on my part I apologize."
Barker would wander over to his chess board and pick up the Knight piece and open the bottom, pulling out a blue tear shaped candy.
"Eat this, you should feel much better."

She accepted the tear shaped remedy.
"I thought they were candy, I am not five I don't eat every sweet in sight."
She actually paused before eating it. She'd admit her doubts about it but not just the pill.
She sighed heavily before tossing it back past her lips. She chooses to trust this man but to what end she hasn't figured out yet.
"I didn't quite meet the gods to get my answer..."

Barker would shrug at her statement and grin. She would begin feeling better actually, gaining access to her Qi and her strength seemed to be returning slowly.
"Oh? Didn't exactly? Was it not a God you gleamed your information from?"

She shook her head. "It was an all knowing Angel actually. From the Christian belief, he was actually quite pleasant. Now the religion is a bit lost on me but I know he doesn't have a good reputation with the common man... You wouldn't happen to know Lucifer would you?" she got a bit quiet with her question. Sheepish with admitting she made a deal with the Devil

"By the time it came back, and I was searching for passage into Cousta B., it barely gave me time to accept the idea it could be permanent. Also that war we pulled through it was a ride and I was not in my shoes but shoes I wanted to be in, I got some truth and opened my eyes... I... Like to think I've come out better for it, stronger at that. My journey finding someone I found a bit of myself."
