She looked at the baby but looked at the car sized bags that this man just hoisted over like they are nothing. However she couldn't help but ask.
"Can I lighten your load, like maybe hold the baby? I suppose if she'll let me hold her." she wasn't sure exactly what she was asking. But she wanted to be kind and polite.

"There's a baby?! WHERE?!"
Mitsoumi looks distraught, his face pale... Er? As he horrifiedly looks around for the baby Oni is talking about. Which was now sitting on Oni's head.

The weight on her head was suddenly real! And she closed her hands around the soft baby pudge that was suddenly on her. So suddenly there she would try to slide the child off her head before it poked an eye out with her horns or something suddenly.
"Ooh... Ah... This one."

Mitsoumi's eyes widen and a look of shock and horror covers his face before he quickly looks away and goes about his business.
"... Right..."
He does his best to avoid Oni for now.

Oni looks at Mitsoumi and looks at the baby assuming it is off her head and in her arms.
"What did you do to him?" she asked thinking this one is super cute little blonde baby. A smile spread on her face. "He hasn't assumed I'm a Demon he cant be too scary, so what can you do to make him shy away?" she joked.
The Tiefling was a lonely child but who doesn't like babies and cute little things?

The baby is in her arms smiling and coming along. Before she raised a hand, red eyes glowing, hair spiking up and Mitsoumi fell under the car sized duffle bags. All that can be heard from under it.
"WHY?!"
It almost sounds like Mitsoumi is crying. The baby is laughing very hard.

"Oh..." she lost her smile quickly. "Hey hey..." Oni would gently tickle the child to get her attention away from poor Mitsoumi.

The baby has begun to laugh so hard he has farted, Mitsoumi is free from being crushed stands up and spins around pointing.
"She is gonna kill me!"
Barker chimes in kind of bored.
"She can't kill you Mitsoumi, it's in the programming, just like you can't kill her."
Mitsoumi shoves his bottom lip up over his top lip looking rather indignant as he turns to look at Barker.
"But Sean~! She almost crushed me under the duffle bags!"
Barker puts his face back in his palm as they walk sighing heavy while saying.
"You can't be crushed, Mitsoumi. Your bones are too dense and your skin is tightly woven."
Mitsoumi points his chin to the sky with a grunt and continues walking.

Oni arched a brow the skin squished against the base of her horns. She held the baby's hand looking at Barker with a slight look of concern on her face.
She couldn't pretend she didnt hear what he said. "What do you mean by programming? She's a bit young for anything like that isn't she?" she continued to play with the infant. Keeping its attention as they would travel.

"Hmm, she is an experiment... Second or third generation. Not sure exactly which, but the DNA is still there to be manipulated by one of my scientists, or maybe a general that might still be alive."
He'd explain hoping she understands.
"I had to advance her to a point her DNA was more advanced where she was on par with Mitsoumi or myself. So she can't be controlled, but she can control others."

Her brow upturned and she was saddened by this.
"You poor thing..." she held the baby close. "I heard somethings about your experiments..." She wasnt sure she would have to get into that when she wanted to know something else. "So that means you are helping her, are you?"

"Bailey... Named after the woman that apparently saved the experiments from the facility."
Barker commented.

"Oh... I know her." Oni can even think back to the mission when it round about happened. "I didnt know anyone was found much less seeking treatment. But of course there is a border even I cant cross when it comes to finding out some things. I don't usually dig for secrets though... just discoveries."
