Today would show a joint class schedule with two instructors. Commander Samantha Tollins and Commander Adrian Sigismund who would be set up just inside the entrance to the Training Grounds. Adrian was carrying a binder and scribbling down some information off to the side looking at some grass, while Samantha was waiting patiently reading a book for people to arrive. "I don't have to be here you know?" Adrian says to Samantha without moving or looking from his spot. "You have students for a little while at least. Besides, I only teach them how to study Qi that exists, you can help them develop new ones." Adrian stays quiet and continues writing whatever he is working on. |

Preston was the first to arrive, spellbook under his arm along with several tomes of Magical theory and plenty of parchment and pencils for notes. HE WAS READY.

Cara arrives soon after! She has some paper and pens, expecting to need to remember stuff for later, but she's significantly less banged up than the guy with one arm!

She was here, granted her arrival was less than pleasent, she held some application papers and would pass by this open lesson maybe to get another impression of the place and what it can do to benefit one such as herself. That bloke Shino spoke in words she didn't hate, he seemed harmless no doubt didn't raise any red flags.
She was happy they had a nursery that didn't look like an asylum she let Derik go down for a nap there.

With a great deal of gaiety, Triton arrived! The party he beheld filled his heart with gladness, overflowing with such waters of joy.
"Greetings comrades! I am Triton Augustus, son of Poseidon and Prince of the Sea. I am pleased to know you all as comrades. Let us learn all that our mind's shall allow us from these knowledged teachers, shall we?"
Following his salutation, Triton found the nearest place to enthrone himself upon, a grand smile upon him.

Cain rolls his eyes.

Sam would step forward since everyone had arrived and decided to answer the question!
"Hello everyone! This is a class put together by the administration in light of the recent attack. Reaction from Cabal agents in the field was not up to par according to reports. Many did not know how to recognize or analyze the abilities being used, now develop appropriate responses on the fly. So todays class will be Qi studies and Research and Development in a combined effort to teach you how to recognize tell tale signs of Qi and how to develop an appropriate response."
Adrian would close his binder and walk over to next to Samantha before speaking.
"Preston Salabim?"
He would request just in case Preston was there.
"Can you please step forward to help with a demonstration?"

A basic lesson then. Disappointing, but expected. What was unexpected was being called to help with a demonstration. But it was a welcome development. It would give him something to do.
"Of course."
Preston would stand up from his seat, taking a moment to straighten his things before approaching the instructors.

"Greetings!" Triton shouted until the man before him furthered his speech over the islander's own. However, at its end Triton declared "Wonderful!" for such it was.
Upon the query of the dark-haired man, Triton began to jest, but he, and thus the islander, were alas silenced by a woman.
