Link would say utterly confused, and a little frustrated (though he isn't sure why...)

"I'm just- It's not- I don't- SHUT UP!"

With that Link would run away!

[Valerian Blackburn]

"He's so cute."

Val laughs, watching Link run away, before turning to Triton.

"Well, sounds like we're not going to the bar. You headin' off to the pool, then?"

[Triton Augustus]

As the green one fled, Triton would roar, "ELF? WHY DO YOU MAKE HASTE???"

Staring at the elvin, he would speak to the one that remained, "Peculiar, that child."

Strange it was to call the being child, for he spent many more moons on the earth than Triton had, and there was no doubt. However, the little one truly did act like a child, and thus the islander felt quite compelled to refer to him as a boy.

Heed of the blue scaled man was turned to the other with great hair as he asked his question. "That I am, friend. Should you be able, you may join." In an act of cordiality, Triton offered his hand to his large comrade as he spoke.

[Valerian Blackburn]

Val shakes his hand, grinning.

"Nah. I'm gonna grab a drink, like I said. See what this city's life is like. I'll catch you later, big guy."

[Triton Augustus]

Triton nodded with a grin given back in return.

"Very well. Poseidon be with you, Valerian," he farewelled, striking the man's shoulder with his hand. "May our currents cross once again."

With his encounter brought to an end, the islander began his trek to find the body of water of which he spoke.
